They gave a whole lecture about how they love all of their dogs and have the right to take the dog back if they find out it's not being treated well, etc., etc. My dogs they didn't care so much about. My beagle was bleeding when I picked him up. Nothing was said to me about it. And both dogs had their harnesses wrapped around their necks instead of properly on their bodies. I was told the staff didn't know how they worked. Really? Just be aware. They look like a great facility, but they may not give you the service they promise.

Bill (the owner) made it perfectly clear to us that our puppy would be between 11 and 17 pounds as an adult and that it's difficult to know for sure. She is now 13 pounds and we couldn't be happier. Since most of their puppies are "hybrids" meaning a mix of two breeds it is difficult to know for sure which breed will be dominate. Ours is a Havanese and Maltese mix so it's a "Havamalt". They DO allow you to handle the puppies even if you aren't going to buy! We were in there 10 times over 2 months playing with different puppies until we decided. They obviously won't allow unsupervised children to play with them and obviously non-serious buyers. Our puppy did NOT come from a puppy mill. We verified it. Our dog is the smartest dog I've ever owned and most healthy. We also love the groomer there. She does the best job and the price is great. She is friendly, efficient and on schedule. Our dogs love going there and are never stressed when groomed. As a matter of fact, we were there today!
