While Zinni probably has the best prices, I still missed being able to try on glasses and have someone else help me select frames. I found the best of both worlds at this store. No long lines like at Costco, better frame selection than Walmart, and better pricing than either of those so-called discount outlets. I received personal attention and fittings, selected a nice pair of frames, and received my glasses within a week! I was also thanked for supporting a local business which made me feel good. I always have gone back to Dr. Flores because she is amazing, kind, and super knowledgeable. She always takes the time to answer my questions and explain things even when their office is very busy (which is always). It makes me feel cared for and I leave feeling like I have a better understanding about my vision. When Dr. Flores has been unavailable, I've also seen Dr. Lam. One time a couple years ago, I had an eye infection and I was desperate to get some antibiotic drops. For some reason, my insurance wouldn't cover the prescription and Dr. Lam did everything she could to make sure we could find a way to get the prescription covered or at least at a lower cost. While I was at the pharmacy, Dr. Lam made herself available in between clients to call me on the phone and ensure things were working out for me. She even offered to speak with the pharmacist themselves. Last but not least, the office manager Sandra has been amazing over the years with her customer service skills and taking care of my needs. When I called to make my annual appointment, I mentioned I was running low on contacts and wanted to come in to update my prescription and order more. When I went in for my visit last week, she had already put together some trial contacts for me to take home because she knows I have a pretty bad prescription and wanted to make sure I didn't go without contacts since it takes about a week for my contact order to ship. On top that, when I went yesterday to pick up my contact order, she offered me to pull up to the curb and she'd bring the box out to me. She handed me the box and sent me home with a little chocolate! That made my day. Overall, the service here at Flores Optometry is amazing and I will continue to be a patient here forever. The other staff members are always VERY kind and helpful and it seems like they do a great job working together and enjoy working together. It's always a pleasant visit and great vibes. THANK YOU :)

They had great reviews and are close to home. I just picked up my first pair of perfect glasses from them! They have equipment my last optometrist did not have. Dr. Flores gave me a very thorough exam and worked with me to dial in my very difficult and different prescription. That was last year. This year, the same great customer service and exam doctor. I actually was able to "walk in" and be seen right after 9 this morning. I highly recommend this office for your eye care needs. Oh, they've got a nice selection of brand names...good stuff!

Looks like this could have been an old optometrist office. Everything was empty but walked up to the counter where a man whose straightforwardness and seemed-expertise rival that of Mike from Breaking Bad stood. My very expensive, rimless frames from the 2018-19 era seemed to have a missing screw. I did NOT want to do this myself since I could very easily scratch the lens and just royally F it up in every way possible (even though it was just a screw). The man behind the counter told me to give him a few minutes and that it would be 5 bucks. I was thrilled. I left and returned home in a span of literally 30 minutes..... I called places near my house and they all told me that I needed to go to this place because he specializes in laser welding. I called over the phone and he said depending on the material it would be between $30 and $50. Sounded like a great deal to me I drove over to Hayward and found this little shack in a nondescript location right off the main street. Kind of shabby and homey looking but who cares as long as the work is good. And it was definitely good He took a look at my glasses and said oh you know what I can do this for $10. All you need is a nose piece. You gotta love the honesty. That's rare nowadays. My glasses are repaired and I will definitely come back here in the future.

When I asked to see the scratches, I used her cloth and softly wiped them clean and saw no scratches and neither did her other associate. The women insisted there was a scratch and there was nothing. I…read morecould see through the front doors that they had a display of the new Ray-Ban meta smart glasses that I have been looking for. They have been really hard to find and most places are sold out. We had our dog with us, so I had my husband go in first to look at the display, but the employee was super welcoming and invited me to bring my pup inside. I love dog friendly businesses! I was able to try on a few styles before deciding on the ones I wanted. The store was clean and well appointed and the employee was very helpful to everyone who came in.
