I was fine with that, so I had the order placed and paid right then and there. Two weeks later, I got a call, and came right back here. I dropped off my glasses for 15 minutes, and presto! My glasses were as good as new! In previous visits, I've mainly come here to get new glasses. They've always had exactly what I was looking for, and they've never disappointed me. Their locations here in the US are just as great as their locations in Polanco (CDMX). The price is comparable to the quality and the excellent customer service. I recommend em!

She was very courteous, efficient and pleasant. During the repair, he was interacting with other customers without missing a beat. While I was waiting, I got a chance to try new model Raybans. He first helped me when I was choosing my glasses, and I am NOT an easy person to make a decision when it comes to frames! I went back and forth what felt like a million times, and he never once made me feel rushed or like I was being a bother. He was incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely helpful in making sure I found frames that I loved. I ended up purchasing around three pairs that day, and his help was a huge part of why I felt so confident in my choices. More recently, we had to come back because one of our pairs of glasses had broken. We were expecting it to be a whole ordeal, but Ivan took care of us immediately. We were literally in and out in about 10 minutes, and he was able to resolve the issue for us at no charge. It saved us another trip, additional expense, and so much unnecessary stress and frustration. We were incredibly grateful. What really stands out is that this level of service hasn't been a one-time experience. Every time we have interacted with him, he has been attentive, knowledgeable, patient, efficient, and genuinely kind.
