I love my doctor and staff! What a great place. Always a warm experience! The staff is extremely attentive, and my doctor is loving and caring. He really listens to me and cares. I am a patient that uses "Ortho-K" and boy what a change in my life! I can see!!! Usually, when I get my eyes tested on the machine, they ask me "1" or "2" and then switch lenses...The other doctors just fly through the changes, and you can't tell if you are answering right. I highly recommend that you review the charges assessed are correctly entered prior to payment. We paid in advance over $2500 out of pocket for a family of 4 and they wanted to charge us an extra $54 for copay for my son which they fail to add and failEd to communicate to us that a balance of $54 was left. We were dumbfounded and under the impression that everything was already paid in full. Talk about nickel and dime. After they acknowledge that it was an administrative error on their side, they wanted their $54. I asked and hinted if they can resolved the matter but the head receptionist wanted the $54. After collecting the $54, I had to request that they record payment on the receipt that it was paid in full. I would not recommend this place due to the way they conduct business. They just lost a $3500 repeat costumer for a $54 copay administrative discrepancy. read more
