I paid half of the price for the glasses and lenses for my and I got upgraded to Nikon lenses. At LC they had claimed that my son's lenses only covered plastic and that it wasn't appropriate for children, but at Walmart they said that the insurance covers glass lenses for children and my total cost was $25 instead of the $165 for the same glasses at LC. I also scratched my Nikon lenses at 1 month. They ordered a new pair for free. Don't let the name of Walmart cause you to believe that the glasses are inferior. Caulked this up to him having a bad day. Fast forward to today. I went back in to request a form documenting my eye exam for license renewal. The same young man said since over 6 months they could not do. I pointed out that the date of exam was 12/22/25 so within 6 months. He then said 5 months was limited. When I asked how in 30 seconds this could change he said policy was 4 and 1/2 months. I told they obviously did not want to be bothered so why make up dates. Been to many Lenscrafters over the years but this is by far the worst one for customer service.
