Horrible customer service. One nose pad popped off of one of my sunglasses and I brought it to the store since I had the 90 day "Oops coverage". But when they couldn't find a replacement nose pad in the store or other stores in the area, they just handed me the sunglasses back and told me to call Oakley myself or get 50% credit toward a new pair that I had to buy that day. It's not like I broke the frame or cracked the lens....it was a stupid nose pad! So I went over to the store in Cherry Hill and when they couldn't find a replacement nose pad, they took my sunglasses and told me they will ship me a new pair, straight to my house for FREE. I will never go to the Moorestown Sunglass Hut again. Also, the one female employee there is not friendly at all and just rolls her eyes when a customer or even a coworker talks to her.
