We did not know where this office was located, and so we called for directions as we driving into town. The problem was the directions they gave us were for coming from the opposite direction that we were coming from. It took a few minutes to figure out the error and then loop around after we discovered that the directions were bad. We arrived a few minutes late and was told that the appointment had to be rescheduled to another time. I then asked the receptionist to ask the Dr. if I can still be seen today. The receptionist left to check with the Dr. She came back in a while saying the Dr. said we were too late. So, I was rescheduled to a couple of more weeks out. I'm having a concern that as a new patient, I may be subjecting myself to brash treatment, disrespect and unaccommodating or considering my circumstances. What will they treat me like in any follow up appointments? Customer Service is very important to me. When I was still working not that long ago; selling my art at festivals I had great pride in giving my customers the utmost respect, working together with and for them to achieve the most satisfaction for both them and me.

I'm from Texas and was in Oregon for work when I stopped into the Woodburn location between meetings looking for a specific small Coach purse for my one-year-old goddaughter that I had seen on TikTok. This was actually the second state and second Coach store I had searched trying to find this particular purse. Unfortunately, the Woodburn store didn't have it, but Nikki immediately went above and beyond. She took down my information, asked where I was staying, searched the inventory at the Coach store closest to my hotel, confirmed they had several in stock, and then personally called that store to make sure everything was taken care of before I made the drive there after my second meeting. She absolutely did not have to put that much effort into helping me make a purchase at another location, but she genuinely cared about making sure I found the purse I had been searching for. Nikki was incredibly sweet, attentive, and helpful from beginning to end. I haven't experienced customer service like hers in retail in a long time, and she truly made an impression on me. If her District or Regional Manager sees this, please know you have a superstar on your hands. Employees like Nikki are the reason customers remember a brand and continue shopping with it.
