Pricing is VERY high and they had been giving me a military discount of 10% This time my uncle, who lives in our condo, had to call them to set up service. He didn't mention military at time of "costing" When they came to do the work, I paid everything but the 10% figuring that I could just call them and have it adjusted. I was informed that it couldn't be done after "costing" so there wasn't a way to adjust it. Basically, what I was told was that if you ask for military discount, they mark up your estimate so they can give you a discount. There is NO discount. There is NO respect for military, fire, police, emt, etc. There is ONLY GREED!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They only care about the money.
