In addition, we clearly specified that NO scented products were to be used. We got our clothes back reeking of some nauseating perfumed laundry product. All of our clothes will have to be rewashed. I don't know whether the stench will come out even then. My husband is severely disabled and uses crutches and a wheelchair. I am usually his sole caregiver and do the laundry myself. I broke my ankle 2 weeks ago and had surgery. I can barely stand up on crutches. I can not walk any distance at all. This facility is in Mesa AZ, not Charlotte.

Can't wait until my landlord replaces my washing machine and hope I never have to come out here again. Served its purpose, but OMG. One plus: parking was adequate. I had to visit again within a week's time. Still not thrilled with the joint, but it's available. Prices are cheap. Still needs more room, carts, and tables for a 24-hour laundromat. Found another place closer to home, not 24-hr but much cleaner with plenty of seating and a restroom. So, I won't be back unless I need to wash in the middle of the night, but at least it's an option....
