I really enjoyed the set up of this roasting company: you order from an iPad and, if you need help, the staff can come over. Otherwise, the whole place is self-serve, which makes it more efficient! Next time I'm on the island I would love to try one of their coffees in person! read more

When visiting St Thomas I always walk across and grab some bags of coffee. Their beans are fresh and store and travel well. The owner is absolutely amazing to talk to and I always learn something new from him each time I go. He also remembers us which is a huge plus based on the fact that we aren't there often since we only visit while on a cruise. They have a register where you ring your stuff up and pay. You can also make a coffee and pay for it to take back with you. They have merch and stickers as well. I highly recommend giving them a try. There's a couple of tables outside to enjoy your coffee and watch traffic go by. read more

Absolutely LOVE everything about this little coffee roastery in Saint Thomas, USVI. We visited while on a port day of a cruise; it's very close to one of the two cruise ports. They only have two actual prepared drink options: a hot coffee, and a cold brew. We tried both, and both were really good (certainly much better than the ship's coffee). They also have a small case of baked goods, most of which are vegan. The orange and almond island cake was so good, I am still thinking about it a week later. They also offer a whole range of items for sale, from coffee beans to pour-over kits to shirts and hats and other souvenirs. Their shirts are a really cool design and a great thing to take home. We met one of the roasters and one of the owners, it was nice talking to them. There's some comfy indoor seating and a little outdoor seating too. All in all, this is a must-visit for any coffee enthusiast while in Saint Thomas! read more

Visited here on more than one morning and reallllyyyyy loved the iced chai and the curry chickpea empanada. Chai was a great quality blend. On another morning I was a bit turned off as I asked if it was possible to do an iced coffee- not cold brew- and was charged nearly $7 for an ehhhh iced latte instead. Thats crazy expensive even from a NYer. Also thought it strange that I purchased a 12oz bag of beans from a local grocer for ~$13 but the same bag was $16 at the shop. I'll just say this: I had to come back multiple times. First of all, the atmosphere is very light and chic. It's SO cute. You also get to see them roasting beans, which is really really cool. I love their style and feel. We had their dirty chai, which tasted awesome. Whatever chai they use is the bomb, very unique and earthy. I loved it. We also tried their curry empanada which had really great flavor. If it's busy, you might have to wait a little, but they have some tables out front which are perfect for enjoying the island morning. Highly, highly recommend checking them out for coffee and breakfast. I wish they had a location closer to home! read more

Lovely new spot located within the Al Cohen mall (formerly a gift shop), they sell everything from coffee concoctions to pastries and even some souvenirs. Yes, island prices, but very good quality coffee! We always make sure we try a dirty chai wherever we can as it's made so different but the best ones we have are always in the Virgin Islands. There's plenty of seating, beautiful and bright with books and games for all ages, it's a great spot to hand for a bit and finish a paper, read a book or just hang with good company. read more

Geeze...we walked in hoping for a nice cup of coffee and a friendly word. Coffee, sure. But the two employees we saw could not have been more apathetic or seemingly irritated that we dared to enter their shop. St Thomas has great beaches. The locals and employees in tourism are openly hostile. We will never come back here. read more

Their waffles and waffle sandwiches are great and so is their coffee - many different roasts that you can also take it home. This is the best place on the island for coffee. read more

My family and I loved this cute little spot across the street from the shops in Yacht Haven. It is a beautiful, bright space with live plants and friendly staff. You can taste different coffees to see if you like them before you buy too. My husband thought the chocolate chip cookie was ok, but the biscotti had really great flavor and texture (not the traditional try, hard consistency). The cold brew float (with vanilla ice cream) was a big hit, and my husband really enjoyed the Guatemalan cold brew on tap. They also have Nitro on tap. We got a Belgium waffle to go for our flight home which was very good and dense with pearl sugar crystals inside. I imagine it's even better if it was made fresh or toasted. This was a first visit here for a caramel latte before work and I was not impressed. The beans tasted burnt and my coffee was very sour/bitter tasting even with cinnamon and added creamer and sugar. Other than the taste of the coffee the atmosphere was amazing and a great vibe. read more

The Nitro Cold Brew and Cold Brew float was good. I love that they are a local roaster. We got their coffee pods supplied to us while we were staying at our hotel and they were also delicious. The atmosphere at the roasters was good but there was one semi-bigger group was there that made the indoor seating too crowded and kinda loud.
