So caring, kind and invested in our daughter and her well being. I can't say enough about the two guides in her classroom as well and how nurturing they are and dedicated to her development. I couldn't trust them more! We get regular updates via the story park app on her progress and they are quick to respond if I ever reach out with a question. We are so impressed with her development over the past 3 months. Her vocabulary has skyrocketed as well as her independence at home. The school has so many events parents can participate in and really feel a part of the Montessori journey alongside the student. We immediately felt welcomed and a part of this amazing Starwood Community!

It's a second home for him, where the adults are warm but highly professional and reliable. My son has learned how to care for his environment, for his peers, he's learned how to bake, set a table, share a meal. The faculty is communicative and our son feels so loved by not just his peers and teacher, but everyone there. The school events are always enjoyable and educational. The campus is beautiful and adheres to Montessori above and beyond the 4 other Montessori schools in the area I toured, interviewed, and considered. We trust Starwood wholeheartedly with our son's safety, well-being and education because after 4 years, we absolutely know we can.

The school is cleaned and well organized. My daughter loves the school and the teachers, especially Ms. Fabi, her class teacher. She has blossomed and learned things I didn't even know she knew and she keeps surprising me with new skills and vocabulary. The Director, Asila, she is very nice and she will work with you on anything. We are glad that we found this AMAZING School.

As in any school or establishment individual experience is going to be different, depending upon the teacher in classroom in with your child is placed. I picked my child up today only to hear her screaming at him through the door. I arrived early to pick him up. As I approached the classroom door I heard her yelling at him to go to sleep calling him a baby and telling him he needs to go to the baby room since he won't sleep. My son was crying telling her he didn't want to go to the baby room saying "I'm a big boy". This was not a stern or firm teacher voice, this was screaming and berating my son in front of his classmates during their nap time. My son should not have had to go through that, the other children in the class should not have had to hear that. As a former teacher myself this is NO WAY in which to speak to a child, especially for not napping. This "teacher" does not deserve the title and should not be working with children. Once she came to the door, her tone completely changed, she became extremely soft spoken and sweet. The hypocrisy was ridiculous. I mentioned the experience to the front staff as the director of the school was not there. They apologized.

The **quality of the education and the teachers is truly excellent**. Over the years, our children have had different teachers, and every one of them has been **prepared, loving, patient, and kind**. One of the things we appreciate most is **their communication** -- we always feel informed and supported as parents. A special shoutout to **Ms. Gabby in Children's House** -- she is absolutely amazing. She is patient, firm, and loving, and she encourages her students in such a thoughtful and empowering way. She has been a wonderful and consistent presence for our son for the past **three years**, and we truly hope our younger children also get the opportunity to have her as their teacher. While we've noticed a bit more **teacher turnover in the toddler classrooms**, which we hope the school can continue to improve, our overall experience has been very positive. The school also provides **catered lunches**, which our son enjoys, along with **many extra activities and special events** that enrich the children's experience. Overall, we are **very pleased** with Guidepost and highly recommend it to families looking for a nurturing, high-quality Montessori environment.

I have one child in Kindergarten and another in 3rd grade who attends their after-school program, and both programs have been wonderful for our family. The teachers and staff are caring, attentive, and clearly love working with the kids. My kindergartener has learned so much and always comes home excited to share about their day. For my 3rd grader, the after-school program has been incredibly convenient. Cadence provides pickup from the elementary school, which makes life so much easier for busy parents. They also offer a summer program that keeps the kids active and engaged. Overall, we've been very happy with Cadence. The teachers are great, the staff is friendly, and it's reassuring knowing our kids are in a safe and supportive environment.

We recently moved and will have to start looking for a new daycare nearby but I don't want to leave them, even though the commute is 30+ min now. My son is completely potty trained, thanks in large part to the support of their staff by kicking off the process. They have a unique, open concept with no enclosed rooms and I love that the kids (and parents) all know each other. Also, one of the biggest ways they supported my son is their flexibility with his meals due to a milk protein allergy. They substitute what they can for him and I only bring in a couple of things every now and then to supplement. I'm finding out now that not all daycares are as accommodating! My son talks about them all the time and I absolutely love them too.

I interviewed lots of child care centers prior to settling with KALE. The director I met a month before was not the same when my kids started. When they got a new teacher for my kid's class, they did not inform the parents. Luckily, I paid additional ($40/month) for the cameras so I questioned my kiddo about the new teacher. Other parents had no idea for at least a month. There were 22 kids crammed into a room with one teacher and a floating teacher sometimes. As for the cameras, they did not charge monthly. They deducted the total from the refundable deposit. With the constant changes, organization is not a priority. I asked the director two weeks prior to Christmas what the plan was and she said she is just thinking about the next day. Yikes! One of my kiddos was not acclimating well to the new environment and she couldn't get any attention from the teacher since the teacher was wrangling almost 20 kids. My kid was usually alone and I didn't see the teacher trying to engage or encourage her to join the rest of the class. I pick up my little one at the same time every day right before nap time. Sometimes, they would have the kids wait by the door for over 30 minutes in the dark. Speaking of doors, they do not have conventional closed doors. All doors are short so you can hear everything going on in other classes. Onto the neutral/plus side, the school had some potential. The meals were on par with other places, the curriculum was admirably challenging, and they tried to set up events on Sundays but they were usually low turnouts. I wish the school all the best but I can't recommend it to my fellow parent friends and their kids.
