I am 67 years of age and was experiencing the aches and pain of growing older. I finally had enough of going to my primary care physician and getting no relief. All she would do is prescribe medication, which gave me little to no real relief. In fact, I was experiencing more of the negative side effects than positive ones. She finally recommended sports therapy. But I had been there and done that during major surgery rehab.
