I went back again. Sat down with the owner. Did my nails well enough for me to like and had a great conversation with him. One day later my gel polish started chipping off of the edges. I went back in and he only painted an extra coat on them. I asked if he was going to remove the gel polish and do it again because I am expecting it to last. His response was that lighter colors chip easier, but eh wasn't buying that so much and the gel polish is deteriorating in less than a week. When they get better, and if, may be again. read more

Got a pedicure from CJ and I highly recommend you go and get one from her.... She was very professional and did a great job and was very gentle after I told her just how much I hate pedicures. The salon is very clean and she took great care of me. Bonus was the hot stone mini massage on my legs right before she added the color! Highly, highly recommended! read more

I've been here several times and have always been happy with my nails. I typically just get a regular mani pedi, but got a gel manicure today and it came out very nice. I don't know what these these bad reviewers are talking about it. It's always clean, the salon looks exactly like the pictures, and they're always very nice and polite. I never make an appointment, but have never had to wait longer than ten minutes for my turn. read more

Awful .. over priced.. rude employees.. asked for acrylic full set. They used crystal gel... didn't barely shape them. They are lumpy. All of the tips cracked right off. Horrible choices for color. Supppper disappointed !!! Sayreville should Kickem out. Disgraceful. ALSO picture is not of what place look like! Place looks like trash. This is the only place i get a pedicure they are great and pay great attention to detail.

its a korean owned salon and they may be a bit pricier than surrounding salons but you can bet on the quality of their products. The acrylic they use has to be put under a uv light to harden. And they barely use the drill. they file all artifical nails by hand. I never had lifting issues with their work. They are also super clean. You can tell the products are really good because there is no chemical smell when you walk in and everything is in a bottle that came straight from the company. not like other salons where they transfer cheap stuff into no name bottles. oh and their pedicures are awesome. they take their time and are really meticulous. and did i say it was super clean? i definitely say you should give them a try. they also do massages and waxes read more

YAY I LOVE SUNNY NAILS. i've been going here every since sunny was a person. these girls, especially grace & hannah, are super clean and efficient, which is much appreciated in the beauty business. they do nails, pedis, waxing and used to have tanning, but since i'm pretty much albino, i'm not into that. the ladies who work here are all super kind and even give christmas presents. what's not to love?! read more

Horrible! The girl Julie messed up my eyebrows when waxing! I was in tears and so mad yet they still charged me! I will never go there again! I stopped going there 9 months ago and figured let me try again but this time I regret it because now my right eye brow is too short and it looks so bad! Listen I understand when you walk in and don't have an appointment but don't make me sit at a manicure station like I will be taken care of in a few minutes. I sat at the table for a half hour and no one acknowledged me the entire time. I have been coming here for over 10 years for pedicures. Grace gives the best pedicure around. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Always clean,always use sanitized tools from the machine. I get compliments all the time on my feet. read more

Sloppy gel manicure, and the place looked dirty and grungy. I did not see them use fresh tools when doing my mani/pedi which grossed me out. Walked out with color gel on my fingertips and cuticles, and the pedicure was average at best. Prices are decent, but that's about it. Would rather pay more for a cleaner, more precise experience elsewhere. read more

I have been going here for at least the last 6 years or so...until recently. The last two times I got shellac they didn't do a "grooming" manicure. I am highly disappointed. Has this happened to anyone else? I know of two other highly recommended places that are a bit less expensive and includes a basic (grooming) manicure. read more

Sunny Nails is such a great little find for nails especially pedicures. Grace and Hannah are so sweet and welcoming, remembering my name and important details about me even if it's been a while since I've last been in. The girls take their time and my nails always turn out great. Super clean and non of that funny nail salon odor here. The pedicures are to die for, so relaxing and calming. They offer a nice variety and really spend the time on the reflexology which a lot of places dont focus on anymore. I don't under the negative reviews on here but this place really is a diamond in the rough. read more

my mom and I love this nail salon! they have a great $30 mani-pedi mon-wed deal. my manicure lasted for 2 weeks (and i work fulltime and am always doing something) and my pedicure lasted even longer. if you don't catch this deal, their rates can be a little pricey, but they know what they're doing and always do a great job. would recommend to a friend!! read more
