They responded quickly and set up an appointment the next day to come take a look first. Mauricio called me before arriving to confirm I was home and to give me a status on how far he was. When he came, he told me that my pressure relief valve was bad due to old age and also my psi was high which it was at 120 psi. No other plumber who came out checked the psi for me with a gauge. But he give me a quote for just changing out the bad unit with the new one since that's all I needed. It was the best quote out of all the plumbers I reached out to so I chose them. On the day of he was almost an hour late saying he confused the appt with another customer. In looking at the reviews it seems that he's often late. He dropped off two guys then left. Never did he mention that it wasn't him doing the work. I am a female, and would have preferred not to be alone with two men. The guys tear up the concrete, and a few hours later Christian is back with an update on what's going on and what needs to be done. But it seemed his agenda was to get me to replace the entire plumbing in the house. A job that cost 5 times more. At least 30 mins he tried to explain to me the advantage of doing this. I just needed the leak fixed now as it's been leaking pretty badly for days. So I declined to replace all the plumbing. The fix took about a day. Despite all the pretty pictures the owner shares, his employees did not leave the area in great condition. There was a lot of concert dust and pieces left. The wall behind the toilet was torn up, which it was never explained to me that this would be done and that I'd need to hire someone else to fix it. Don't do what I did and go with the first quote. Get at least 3 and read the bad reviews. There is some similarity.

I told him about my concern of tree roots potentially clogging up my sewer line and he used the flexible camera to show me root infiltration wasn't bad, but that there were some shifts in the line that would need to be addressed in the future. He did this extra work for free! Fees are very reasonable particularly because the issue is completely addressed with no rework needed. This company is my new go to!
