He listened to my concerns and right away took X-ray and confirmed his hunch. I had an infection that other dentist I saw the day before him missed (actually saw other dentist Friday, Monday and Tuesday). Right away he got me antibiotics and referred me to oral surgeon to discuss extraction. The staff was super friendly. They listened to my ordeal and worked me in. The assistant was gentle (my mouth hurt because of all the filing other dentist did and the infection) and didn't hurt me. They made me feel welcomed there. The office is super clean with music that's pleasant and soothing. Nice, relaxing atmosphere. They've won my business. I was like "hush and take my money" then they said ins covered it 100% lol. Me and my fiancé will continue to see Dr Corbet and staff.

The dental assistant had to ask for help to operate the equipment and talked me into a fluoride treatment. I really thought they forgot about me before the dentist came in. The dentist came into the room, never introduced himself, did not even have his name on a badge or scrubs, and didn't even sit down. He looked into my mouth while standing. They forgot the fluoride treatment. Someone came in and tried to have me leave a Google review while she watched me. Just a very awkward and non-professional experience. I will not return.

The process took place on a Thursday. The following evening I noticed an issue with the temporary; a part of the temporary had a hole. I called the emergency line at Smile NRH at 10:20 pm. At 10:25 pm, Dr. Dube called back, providing her cell phone to receive the photos. She adjusted her schedule on Saturday morning to get me in to fix the temporary. Dr. Dube followed up on Monday to ensure I had no other issues. In addition, Jackie is accommodating. She works with you and your dental insurance, scheduling appointments and following up. Robyn is one of the best hygienists. She is thorough and caught my bone atrophy, where I got immediate attention to prevent further bone loss. Dr Christensen wanted to send us to an oral surgeon and recommend dentures. He refused to pull the tooth or do anything to relieve the pain, he was very rude and condescending. My dad has Alzheimer's and did not know why we were leaving without getting anything done. We left and went to another dentist who pulled the tooth, they went above and beyond to help my dad. The office staff was friendly but I would not go there again. If I could give a negative rating if I could.

I recently changed employers and provided their office with my information weeks in advance and they failed to verify my insurance 2. When I arrive at the office there were no office personnel in sight to greet incoming customers, when one was available she was not very friendly/attentive 3. When I made my appointment I ask to be scheduled with my usual dental hygienist, they assured me she will be there and she was not Communication needs to be improved at this office, it would be nice if they let me know the dental hygienist was not there so I can reschedule.
