We stopped in specifically to use the salt room rather than the float chambers because winter is hard and my little one has been fighting off the after effects of a nasty bout of pneumonia for a while. Maybe it is purely coincidence, or maybe this is legit, but she didn't cough once while we were in the salt cave and her cough cleared up and hasn't come back since we went in February. I liked this place because of how peaceful it was to sit in a nice, glowy room and chill out in a reclining chair with a blanket for an hour-ish, but I love that it really seemed to help my little one breathe better. I'm sold. It's also pretty cool that the first person essentially rents the room for $20, then you can bring up to 3 other people and they are only $10 each.
