They are pre-made already on the donut shelf. And when you order them, they microwave it in the wrap, causing the sandwich to be soggy. And then they hand you the sandwich in the heated wrap. I don't feel super comfortable eating something that has been warmed and possibly plastic lined. At least put it on a paper plate? It was weird they served the sandwich in the same thing they microwaved it in. This is the kind of place where the staff knows the regulars. The service is counter ordered, but the employee took all the time I needed and made great suggestions. They sell every type of bread from honey wheat to their infamous sheepherder's bread, and every loaf can be sliced or whole. We went home with 3 loaves. The sweets were delicious (we chose a lace cookie and chocolate chip). What was the greatest surprise were the prices. Regular sandwiches were $9-$11 with a few large options at $15.
