Saul, the wonderful counter person from Lititz Pike called ahead to have this pulled for me so I could be in/out. This was my first time at this location and it was night and day from the other. The shelves were stocked, floor was clean, and there were several employees waiting at the counter to assist me. Unfortunately the young fellow I got couldn't follow directions or maybe understand english well enough because when I told him my order was pulled at the counter he proceeded to try to retrieve it fresh from the shelf. When I yelled back to him ( I could see my order sitting one register over) he ignored me and I had to get one of the other staff members to tell him to stop looking while they scanned me out. Not a huge deal and maybe he was just overanxious and too eager to please. I don't know but he clearly had the deer in headlights look on his face when I spoke to him and presented him my prepaid pick up slip and spoke very little if any at all. The second staff member was prompt and got me in/out quickly. Another positive - this location was less crowded than the other. However getting in/out of their parking lot from the fast moving Lincoln Highway is a bit of a hassle.

Sitting next to a very small plaza and across the street from a school. Not much else here. Finding a parking spot was easy and I was able to pick which door I felt was better to access. I made my way inside a busy store and was still able to navigate the store with ease. I headed to the facilities, nice and tidy. Once out in the store, I made my way to the drink station to fill up on some sweet tea. I was able to fill up and made my way to the counter to pay. Since I needed an item from behind the counter I bypassed the self checkouts. Staff were courtesy and swift in the transaction. Once finished at the counter I was back outside to stretch my legs before getting back in my vehicle.

This place is only .3 miles from my parents house so we've had to do a lot of oh crap we need (fill in the blank) runs here. I walked into this place today for the first time in probably a year and it's a whole new store. They have EVERYTHING you really need and some. They fixed up all of the displays and cleaned it up inside. Trendy music was bumping, the guy didn't look like a shady terrorist lookin drug dealer behind the counter like MANY times in the past. The guy was kind and helpful. Their drink refrigerator worked again- actually looked new. They had all kinds of new products in stock. Seriously, if you haven't been here in a while. Swing by and check this place out. It's that new new. Gas was cheaper than Turkey Hill up the street...

Checked around and they were most reasonable, so I had them order a set. Fast turnaround and called next morning to say they were there. Took wheels off and dropped them off and said to come back in 1/2 hour, I asked to pay for them when I dropped them off but said to pay after finished. I returned and was told bill was $128. I said wife just got a price of $91 from them. She said that's the cost, which probably why she would not let me pay before they installed them. I dealt with Dick Abel for many years before he sold the business. The place is still called Abel Tire....but it's not what it used to be.

My daughter waited in the waiting room for a few minutes without being recognized at all. When the smoker was finished she came in, my daughter paid her bill and wasn't even thanked for her patience OR business. This person needs to go to "how to treat your customers school & loose her attitude . I've been buying my tires at this place for 30 years. Looks like I'll be purchasing my tires elsewher.
