The call did not come that day so my husband called back the next day. He spoke with the owner Nate who told him that there was no way that the damage done was at his facility. That they do not come in contact with those areas of the rim. We didn't take the car anywhere so the damage had to be caused there. Nate then said "sorry for the misunderstanding" and hung up on my husband. We understand that accidents happen and all we wanted was for them to take responsibility. Buyer beware...everything will go well with this business unless you have a problem. Then the extremely unprofessional owner will hang up on you and not own up to an issue that clearly happened on their watch.
