We had a great experience at Sunol's Casa Bella for our wedding! The venue itself is stunning, but what truly made our special day unforgettable was the incredible wedding coordinator, Marie. Her attention to detail, organization, and genuine care ensured everything went off without a hitch. Below are a few things we wanted to highlight and that solidified our decision in choosing Casa! Affordability: Overall, Sunol's Casa Bella packages and F&B minimus were affordable, and competitive. They will work with you and your budget. It was important for us to ensure our guests had a great time without sacrificing the quality and quantity of food and drinks. We worked with Casa Bella to customize our menu while making it work within our budget. Amazing Food: for cocktail hour, we had 3 passed Hors d'oeuvre aside from the veggie trays and charcuterie boards. For dinner, we had salad, soup, and duets for the main. For drinks, we had open bar with his and hers cocktails. It was important to us that our guests had not only enough food but yummy food. We received lots of great feedback from our guests, who mentioned that our wedding had one of the best "wedding food" they ever had, so we were really happy to hear. Big Bridal Suite: The bridal suite was so spacious (it's essentially a 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen, whole bathroom and bedroom as well as kitchen and small living room). It was cozy and delightfully decorated. Great Service & Staff: the few months leading to our wedding, we had multiple detailed meetings. During these meetings, we had the opportunity to meet multiple members of their staff, from the wedding coordinator to the chef and the owner. Throughout the whole time, the service was top-notch. On the day of, the staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Marie was also amazing in guiding us through the planning with great enthusiasm and setting all of our decor up on wedding day. In-House Supplies/Decor: The selection of in-house supplies and decor was amazing. We had everything we needed to create a beautiful and personalized setting without the hassle of sourcing items from multiple vendors or buying a lot of single use items. This included linens/drapery, welcome sign mirror, easels, heaters, tent, dessert trays, signage, etc. Lastly, my fiancé and I toured 10+ venues and we are very happy with our choice. Our wedding day turned out to be amazing and we had a lot of fun. Not to mention, we planned our entire wedding in 6 months, which was possible thanks to the help of Casa Bella. We high recommend!

My husband and I just got married this past weekend and everyone loved our venue! We received so many compliments and we're so happy to hear everyone tell us how much fun they had and how beautiful it was! Scouting process: Casa Bella was maybe around the 10th venue we toured. My husband and I were getting a little bummed because we wanted an indoor space that could accommodate all our guests comfortably. The pricing of many places were astronomical, and then we were often told that they couldn't even accommodate to that many of our guests in an indoor space. We felt Casa Bella had a pretty indoor hall and outdoor patio and were pleasantly surprised at the total! Food: part of the reason we picked this place was because we saw the good reviews about food! Casa Bella did not disappoint! Our guests told us how delicious the food was afterwards, we got the filet mignon, salmon and chicken! The guests even really complimented the salad! Dinner: They fit all of our guests without packing us like sardines but also without feeling too spaced out! My husband and I really appreciated the space because we felt it was just perfect for everyone to interact. We even had enough space for lion dancers to walk through and to install a LED light dance floor at the center, also a backdrop for the sweetheart table and to keep the photobooth inside! (There's also ample parking) Coordinator: Marie was our coordinator and it was so lovely working with her. She was flexible and friendly. I also had some guests compliment her in particular! They said she was so helpful without being hovering! (I heard one of my guest was feeling unwell and Marie knew exactly what to do!) Thank you Marie! Highlight: THE TRAIN. We got to book the train across the streets for our guests as a private event. It came with charcuterie boxes and iirc my husband & I decided to shorten it to a 1 hour ride as a meet & greet -- but there is another shorter or longer option. There was a full bar inside, indoor and outdoor carts. Everyone loved it so much! The volunteer staff were incredibly nice and really made our day! We loved that we got to add this unique activity for our guests and it'll be a nostalgic memory for us! Bridal Suite: Surprisingly, not many of the spaces I toured had a pretty AND convenient bridal suite. Casa Bella's is conveniently located upstairs and has a living room and a bedroom! That room was a safe haven for me and my bridesmaid to comfortably get ready and just take a break! No regrets or complaints at all booking with Casa Bella!

Just got married here at Casa Bella and it was an amazing experience that we will remember for the rest of our lives. We had the chance to work with Veena and Selenia and they both gave amazing communication and support throughout the whole planning process. it was a dream come true and I cannot express how much I appreciate Casa Bella's amazing wedding services.

Our "1942" fit perfectly with the beautifully decorated room.

This is a long overdue rating. What a beautiful venue! And the owner is kind and easy to work with. The site is really special and gorgeously decorated. We celebrated my Dad's 80th birthday here. The owner gave us a reduced rate because it was December and we had a short brunch. It was the absolute perfect morning and we stayed with our budget. My siblings and I talk about this celebration as one we'd like to live over! Thank you Casa Bella!

My friends recently had their wedding here and the scenery definitely gave me wine country vibes. The place itself is so cute and has all the small town feels. It's right across from the Sunol train station parking lot, which we were allowed to park at for the occasion. The ceremony took place outdoors under a wooden frame structure with removal plastic tarp "windows" and both chandeliers + Parisian style string lights floating overhead. There's a large LOVE wall decor to the left with mini plaques engraved with couple names that were married on-site. I was amazed at the plentiful Cocktail Hour eats & drinks! Much needed sustenance in the form of refilled fruit, veggie, and cheese platters with crackers & baguette slices. What surprised me was the warm artichoke dip and wait staff walked around offering stuffed mushrooms, crab cakes, and bruschetta to the guests! Staff was so sweet, especially the Latina mama with a smile on her face the whole event. The bride & groom treated us to an open bar so my friend and I got some Moscow Mules to sip on. Outside the reception area is so cute with a few swing seats to sit on! The reception was held indoors with a full hardwood floor for dancing, plus room for the bar, dessert staging, and even photo booth option to the left. The fresh focaccia slices and scoop of butter at each place setting was soo good! Caesar salad came around shortly after being seated. Dinner was a choice of steak, chicken, salmon, or veggie patty on a bed of mashed potatoes and asparagus. I had the steak, which seemed like a prime rib cut. Mighty tender and tasty. Since the neighborhood is typically quiet, the party ended at 10pm. We had a great time and wish the newlyweds all the happiness in the world. Thanks, Casa Bella!

Wow! Veena and her team are amazing. We had a last minute request for a 40 person graduation party at our home. She mobilized quickly and set us up with a great meal. The smashed potatoes were heavenly! They were mixed with sour cream and garlic and just absolutely melted in your mouth. In addition, they also prepared some ravioli in a red pepper cream sauce that was sinfully delightful. I actually grilled my own meat, but they set up a carving station to serve tot he guests as they walked through. The device at the buffet was impeccable. I also forgot to mention their appetizer station with a beautiful charcuterie platter, fresh fruit, artichoke dip and assorted bread and crackers. It was the perfect start to what was a delightful evening. Then, after we were done with dinner, Veena and her chef cleaned everything and put it away. They were so helpful and engaging. I can't wait to have them cater my next event!!

This is a very long overdue review! My husband and I got married at Sunol's Casa Bella last year in June and it was amazing! The staff was very accommodating and attentive. We had worked with Leanne and she was wonderful! She answered any question that not only did my husband and I had, but our family as well. We were skeptical when we heard that they had installed a tent, but it was the best thing ever! It provided shade for our guests. They installed these beautiful chandelier, really made our wedding look like a fairytale! The venue provided in house Dj and Indian food which was great as not many venues have that option. This definitely a venue I would recommend to others. Thank you once again Sunol's Casa Bella for all your help and making my wedding dreams come true! Ronika

We had the absolute BEST experience with Sunol's Casa Bella! We hosted our Organization's 10 Year Anniversary here and would do it over again every year if we could! EVERYONE at Casa Bella was such a huge part of this memorable night, Marie and Veena were fabulous! The entire support staff was great as well! We Thank Sunol's Casa Bella.

We got married here in May of this year and we couldn't have chosen a better venue and better people to help us make it happen. Everyone, and really everyone(!!) helped us with so many different things. From decorating to helping me handle my family on the day of, fluffing my dress before walking down, making sure we had food and that we were okay, and so much more. Including us realizing last minute that our day was the only day it was going to rain for months! But they really thought of everything. We had absolutely no idea what we were doing but with the help of the Casa Bella Team, it was truly smooth sailing and absolutely beautiful! I 100% recommend this to everyone!

They were both amazing to work with and answered my many questions, gave me multiple quotes so I can see how many guests I can have to work with my budget and they even sent us a bottle of wine when we were getting closer to the date! The team was very very patient and worked with me with everything I was envisioning to happen. Wedding day was amazing, guests complimented the beauty of the hidden gem , the bar tending services, our wonderful onsite shuttle driver for family members who had trouble walking down the stairs and especially the welcoming champagne. It was truly a magical experience for everyone at the wedding. Everyone had the same comment of "when driving to the venue, it was confusing as if you're in the middle of no where , but once you make that left turn going to the parking lot you are in awe and excited to go down the stairs". As for the wedding party, the bridal cottage was a great area for the girls to hang out, take pictures and drink champagne. I loved how there was a secluded bathroom there too for the awkward dress holding time when needing to use the restroom - tons of space if you have a long train dress!. The groomsmen enjoyed the bocce ball court area as well and got to play. Walking around Nella Terra alone just makes you feel like you're far away and in a magical place. Everything catches your eye from the vineyard , the stairs, the water fall, palm trees and even the beautiful white tent for reception. You feel and see the love and beauty the place holds because of its up-keeping and how the team there is beyond welcoming to everyone! I highly recommend this venue for anyone especially if you want amazing photo ops for you and your guests, but really for an amazing time. Nella Terra cellars is beyond perfect!
