Everyone one on their team is amazing. I would recommend DJ Toney for your music! Veena and her team were extremely flexible in helping us during the pandemic and never once told us no. Instead, they always worked their tails off to make our special day come true twice!! I can't say enough positive things about this place and hearing all of my friends horror stories of venues holding contracts against them and taking their money/deposits and not working with them, you can rest assure this place is not like that. Veena could have easily done that but she chose to act like a 2nd mother to my wife and even held her dress down the isle while working the the music during a pandemic. If you are looking for an amazing wedding venue, look no further! We checked out a few wedding venues prior to looking at Casa Bella, but as soon as we stepped on the property, the choice was clear. Veena has done an incredible job with all of the special touches - inside and out. Their tagline of "modern elegance meets rustic charm" is right on. We had our hearts set on an outside wedding, even though we were planning a January wedding. Lucky for us, the weather cooperated, and we were able to have our wedding under the pergola, with the sun setting in the background. When we asked if our dog, Kora, could be a part of the wedding, they said "of course!". She was the perfect ring bearer. We worked with Leann, Marie, and Veena to help plan our special day and they all worked hard to give us the incredible day we envisioned. Veena was always there to answer our questions. When the table setting just wasn't feeling right, Veena listened to our vision and came up with the perfect solution. She was also there for me when I realized after photos and before walking down the aisle that I had a grass stain on the train of my wedding dress. Veena came to the rescue and got it out just in time for the ceremony. Leann and Veena did an incredible job setting up the inside to give it the look and feel that we wanted, and Marie helped us coordinate the ceremony. When I mentioned to Marie that my sister was unable to fix my train during the ceremony because of her back, Marie was kind enough to say she would do it. Leann was thoughtful to give us an extra meal and desserts in the honeymoon/bridal suite which we appreciated since as the bride and groom, we didn't get a lot of time to eat. It was all of these special touches that helped make our wedding day incredibly memorable. The food was delicious and surpassed our expectations. Many guests commented that when you come to a wedding you don't really expect to have good food, but Chef Jeff did a great job with the filet mignon, salmon, and chicken dishes we ordered (sit down meal). When we look back on our wedding day, it is exactly how we wanted it to be. There were a few hiccups which are going to happen with any day that has so many moving parts, but Casa Bella, without a doubt, was THE place we were meant to have our wedding. It totally embodied the look and feel that we wanted - casually elegant. And we love that our names are on the Wall of Love. TL;DR It's been over a month since we got married and Casa Bella has been nothing short of magical. Veena, Leann, and the catering team was amazing to work with. They went above and beyond to make our wedding day the best day of our life. Pre-Wedding We went to 5 different venues and were so close to settling on one of them and pulling the trigger until my wife found a new wedding venue on wedding wire. On paper, they had everything we were looking for. Big enough to fit 200+ guests, safe and suburban location, rustic and beautiful interior, lots and lots of choices, and it fit within our budget. We didn't hesitate to reach out to the owner, Veena, to gather more details. She immediately sent us her program/brochure and menu and invited us to come in to meet. She was up front on the amenities, the costs, and the deadlines. No fillers, everything was accurate, and she was very accommodating. She cut straight to the point and did not waste our time. In fact, it was probably the other way around and that's one of the many things we appreciated from working with her. When we arrived at Casa bella, she gave us a grand tour of the venue, and went over what was included and what was additional. Veena provided everything we could have asked for. We were blown away by the beautiful interior, outdoor ceremony, lighting, DJ and MC setup, dance floor, cake, makeup room, lighting, backdrop, projector, chiavari chairs, and toasting glasses. The list goes on. My wife and I left the parking lot nodding to each other that this was going to be our venue. Day of the wedding: Though we had such a pleasant experience working with Veena and Leann (catering manager), we couldn't help but feel unsure how the actual day and venue was going to be like. Let's just say the venue was breath taking on the day we arrived. Not only was the venue beautiful, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure the wedding ran smoothly. The set up team, kitchen staff, and our catering manager Leann were very professional and on top of it on the day of. We received tons of complements on the tri-tip, salmon, and garlic mashed potatoes. Casa Bella did a fantastic job. In summary, my wife and I will never forget our wedding day. This is hands down one of the best wedding venues we have been to (I've been to about 30 and I'm under 30 ;)), and even that is an understatement. It fits our budget so well, and has exceeded our expectations. I wish I can give it 5.5 out of 5 stars. If you are on the fence I would highly suggest you and your significant other to take a small risk to visit this small town in Sunol. We piled into the car and went to taco Tuesday at Casa Bella! Fabulous patio! The food was delicious! It was a nice breezy evening and we enjoyed ourselves so much!! Really fresh drinks. Casa Bella is amazing! We got married in July 2018 and we couldn't be happier with this venue. The cool thing about Casa Bella is that most of the decorating is done from the get-go. In other words, the venue looks beautiful without any added decoration. Both Veena and Leann know what they're doing. They made sure that the wedding turned out the way we envisioned it. We haven't been to too many weddings so we were a bit nervous about the planning part but the staff made us feel at ease. After searching through hundreds of venues online, I stumbled on Casa Bella and wondered if it was too good to be true from the pictures. However, after our initial meeting with Veena, we quickly realized it was everything we had been looking for. It is also in the adorable town of Sunol with plenty of great photo ops around the venue. Reflecting back at our wedding on 9/15/18, it exceeded all expectations (which were already high)! Everything at Casa Bella was stunning down to the last detail, and I loved that it required hardly any additional decor because of Veena's impeccable style with the venue, both outdoor in the ceremony area and the indoor reception. Our family and friends raved about Casa Bella, from the ambiance to the outstanding food. They even made us (bride and groom) each a dinner plate so we could relax and enjoy just taking everything in. Let's just start off by saying Kevin and I went to about 8 different venues and Casa Bella was my favorite! Veena did an amazing job with the renovations and it was simple yet elegant just how I wanted my wedding to be. From the start, veena and Leann answered any and all questions I had in a very timely manner. On the day of, the whole day was sunny so we stuck to the original plan of having the ceremony outside but once it was 5 mins til the ceremony was supposed to start, it was starting to drizzle so Leann and Marie quickly moved everything and set up our plan B so beautifully! Gosh...it's almost hard to put into words our experience with Casa Bella. My husband and I only saw one venue before going to Casa Bella and we had plans to see at least two more venues, but that changed drastically as soon as I walked through the doors of the reception space at Casa Bella. I have lived in the bay area my whole life and have been through Sunol more times than I would ever be able to remember and never in my life would I believe someone would come in and add such a beautiful, warm, elegant wedding venue where an old bar used to be (at least I think it was a bar! LOL!) It is clear to anyone that walks in that the design team and staff have taken the greatest care in making sure Casa Bella would meet the highest of standards. The outdoor ceremony space is large enough, but still feel intimate and quaint. The reception space brings together urban textures with rustic elegance. It was the perfect setting for our wedding. To add to the allure, Casa Bella has the most beautiful bridal suite complete with kitchen space, lounge space, and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. It made for the perfect place to get dressed and also for great pictures! For the men, we used Casa Bella's super fun blue trolley! It was such a great place for them to hang out and get dressed and have 'guy' time! The team as Casa Bella deserves just as much praise and recognition as the space itself. From our first phone call, to our walk through and everything in between leading up to our big day was perfect. The team always got back to us quickly and always answered all our questions. The also worked to ensure every detail of our day was perfect. The vendors we worked with that were provided by Casa Bella were top notch and we cannot say enough about the food! Our wedding was about 2 months ago and I am so pleased with how everything went! One guest told us it was the prettiest wedding they had ever gone to. Staff at Casa Bella are friendly, personable, and flexible. We were allowed to do western food provided by Casa Bella and Bombay Gardens served the Indian food. Both buffets were delicious! Food was cheaper than other similar venues. Also, other venues charge more for using outside caterer than Casa Bella. Casa Bella exceeded what I ever thought my wedding could ever be. It has been 5 days since our wedding at Casa Bella and I am still basking in the beauty of the day. From my first email inquiry and venue tour with Veena, to the planning process with Leann, to the weekend coordination with Marie, every part of working with Casa Bella was the most wonderful wedding planning experience a bride could ever ask for. The venue rates are some of the most competitive, especially in the Bay Area. And just because it's on the more affordable side, don't underestimate the quality of the venue! The modern rustic elegance of the venue left me with little to no need to add decorations around. You have to work with their caterers, but that's not an issue after you've tried their food! We actually chose our food without taste testing, so we were a little nervous, but everything tasted wonderful and our guests absolutely loved the tri tip! You also have to work with their preferred DJ vendors, but we lucked out getting to work with In The Mix Productions (raving Yelp review coming soon for them as well). You only need to go as far as their website to know that the place is beautiful. However, I'm writing this review to let you know what a joy these event managers are to work with. And that, is more invaluable in the long run. You don't want nice event managers and a crappy location, or a beautiful location with crappy event managers. Casa Bella in Sunol made my dream come true yesterday. In fact, they exceeded my expectations! I approached Casa Bella for a large formal celebration, my son's 5th and Mother's Day. I informed them that it was for a large number of people and I wanted everything to be perfect. I was very specific about the details. I requested for the room to be set up no less than a wedding and for everything on the day to run on time. From the day I approached them until the conclusion of the event, Casa Bella stayed in touch with me about all my requirements. They called and checked up and met me any time I wanted to share my ideas. They were patient with my frequent changes and happily accommodated my late requests. Maria, one of their event's planner outlined all my requirements in great detail. She was not afraid to give me her opinion where I was lacking vision or my ideas didn't match with the overall theme. She graced us with a smile despite the number of times I wanted to discuss things with her. The staff at the adjoining barn like bistro with romantic setting graced me with delicious beverages and lunch each visit to discuss my event. Maria is creative and her attention to details was beyond impressive. She was able to recall all my requirements even when she didn't have her computer with her. She walked through each step and showed me how everything will be set up. Best of all, she never rushed me and even assisted with me to stay within my budget. Thank you On the day of the event, my jaws dropped as I walked into the room. I felt I was in a magical wonderland! My family and I were blown off our feet. My guests wanted to host their next event here including one who wanted their wedding here. The decor, the ambience was breathtaking and the best part of all, their dedicated and professional staff remained courteous and attentive to everything. I didn't lift a finger. I bought with me several large boxes with items I wanted to include in the set up and asked that my father who struggled with heavy lifting doesn't help. With just one hour before guests arrival, Maria and her staff took care of everything. They took all the large boxes out of our cars and set it up beautifully in the room. I cried! I didn't lift a finger and nor did my dad. They did it all and best of all, they did it gracefully! The snack table and the beverage table, Maria set it up with the help of her exceptionally talented team as though it was for a elegant wedding. I watched them transform my imagination into a reality. Best of all, they used their discretion for so many things I never discussed. My guests left a large tip because they were throughly entertained by the bartender who took time out to also take guests selfies and photos when requested. I also organized for other vendors to set up things and Maria and her team managed them as well. I had a vendor call me and tell me that in all his years of service, they were the easiest to work with and had everything organized. I realize my review is long but I am so touched by with what I witnessed. I am still receiving messages from guests thanking me for hosting one of the best parties they have attended. However, the real credit goes to Maria and her staff who didn't take a break to make everything run smoothly. They made sure tables were promptly cleared and food and dessert set up and taken out as required. They worked their butt off but with a smile on their face. It took a lot of love and hard work to make my event a dream. They succeeded and you know this when you have guests who wouldn't leave even after the party was over. Thank you Casa Bella! After looking at some overpriced wedding venues in Napa and having trouble finding a local Bay Area venue we were happy with, we finally toured Casa Bella. Our first reaction was, "Wow! We'll hardly need any additional decor inside, this place is beautiful!" We ended up booking Casa Bella for our October wedding and couldn't be happier with the results. It was also a pretty reasonable price since so many things were included. Throughout the process, they were super accommodating. Leann did a great job and was very detail oriented. All of our pre-wedding meetings with her were productive and she did a great job making sure our big day ran smoothly. Maria and Veena also were super helpful in doing our rehearsal and ceremony, respectively. We did two food tastings (one at their bridal fair and one at our group tasting) and, to be frank, we weren't blown away. However, on our wedding day, the chef really brought his A game. Our food tasted amazing and we got many unsolicited compliments from our guests. Even some picky eaters we know cleaned their entire plate. Pro tip: get the duck. There was a big potential hiccup on our big day (at no fault of Casa Bella) that the venue was able to handle with the utmost grace... PG&E turned off our power! The lights went out right after dinner. What could have been a catastrophe ended up being very romantic. Casa Bella brought out the generators (and one our guests also had brought an extra generator) and was able to power some lights, the DJ, and our photo booth. They lit candles at our sweetheart table as well. This really set the mood for the dancing and other activities that the night still had in store and we're honestly glad the power went out! What an incredible find Casa Bella was to host our annual company holiday event. The venue is amazing, beautiful, elegant, yet inviting and comfortable at the same time. No details in the design and ambience have been overlooked. Veena, James and the entire Casa Bella staff were amazing to work with. They are helpful, accommodating and understood our company needs. They personally worked our event in the evening as well, which made it very special and personal. We actually booked this venue before it was completed and they really delivered on what they promised. We worked with Veena and she was so professional, attentive and detail oriented. Although I have not had a chance to work with Veena, but she seems very accommodating and easy to work with. I sent out a few messages to different venues to get a quote for a full service wedding reception/ceremony venue for my sister, and of all the venues, Veena is the only one who is willing to work with our budget. With the cost of living so expensive in the Bay Area, it's more important for a couple to put most of their savings towards a home rather than blowing it all for a one day celebration. That said, Casa Bella is definitely a great place to go if you have a tight budget. Most wedding cost a min of $25k, but here, you can have a very nice, elegant wedding for 15-20% off! They offer full service catering and event space. Veena makes the entire event seems so easy because you don't have to worry about anything. They offered a list of preferred DJ, catering, photographer, florist and has a good selections of linens, etc. Its basically a one stop shop, which means, less stress! read more

The Venue itself is clean and contains already a good amount of decor. The outside courtyard is big enough for seating for 150-250 guests. But, when we saw the Casa Bella venue for the first time, it was love at first sight and we immediately knew this is where we wanted to have our special day. Their space was so cute and was perfect for the type of wedding ceremony and reception we had originally planned. Also, you could tell that Veena spent a lot of time and love into making the venue such a beautiful space for wedding couples. The other great thing about the venue is that it was reasonably priced and we also had the flexibly to celebrate our special day the way we wanted; which was very important to us since we were celebrating two traditions and cultures and wanted to have a mix of both to commemorate and incorporate into our wedding celebration. Leading up to and the day of our wedding, both Veena and Marie made sure that everything went smoothly and really took the time to make sure everyone had what the needed. I'm going to tell you right now that it is VERY important to like the person who runs your venue and that you guys get along - it makes your wedding planning so much easier. Veena was responsive from the start, something that is very important to me and she was so flexible with my crazy changes and odd requests. She always tried to accommodate anything I asked for and was patient with me through numerous changes on my proposal. When I saw the venue in person it was seriously beyond words! So much heart and hard work was placed into creating this gorgeous venue and you can tell by all the details. No one is going to tell you this but the look of a bathroom is very important - gals know what I'm talking about. Not only was the women's restroom absolutely stunning and great for photo ops (as us gals love to do) but even the men's restroom is photo ready (thinking of posting a new bathroom selfie for your Tinder profile - head on in here!) Leading up to the wedding I worked with Leann. Mind you I'm a crazy person and emailed her constantly with updates, changes, etc. Leann was always so gracious with me and my 101 emails. Day of, there was a huge menu/place card debacle (due to another vendor) and due to Covid we had a lot of guests drop out last minute but Leann and her team assisted my planner with all the seat changes, cancellations, figuring out whose place cards were whose. and then also set up all my items exactly how I wanted - mind you I had a TON of things (13 vendors, and 10 boxes worth of things, two different linen rental orders, and rental furniture coming in.) The staff were also very attentive to us and gave us multiple changes to get hors d'oeuvres in during photos (at one point Veena brought some with her to the train tracks where we were taking photos.) My husband and I got married at Casabella on July 18, 2021. As we Approach the milestone we feel that it is important for us to reflect on the memories of the special day. We felt that writing this review would be helpful for couples looking for the perfect venue and a team of experts that go above and beyond to make your wedding exactly what you envision. I envisioned an outdoor wedding and my husband envisioned a ballroom wedding. Thanks to Leanne, Marie and the rest of the amazing Casabella team we can say we both had the wedding of our dreams. We said our vows to each other outdoors under the Grand Pergola decorated by a beautiful crystal chandelier. Our guests enjoyed a lavish cocktail hour with plenty of food and drinks in the brick patio and garden area while we took wedding photos. Casa Bella offers unique locations for photos both onsite and within walking distance. Our 150 guests were then invited into the reception ballroom. The ballroom is a mix of modern elegance with rustic charm (exactly what we were looking for!) It has several sections, each with its own unique atmosphere. The indoor fireplace and lounge is not just glamorous, but also a comfy location right next to the bar. There is also an outside back lounge with bistro lights strung above and an open glass fireplace in the center! We decided to stay in the stunning honeymoon suite located directly upstairs from the ballroom. Marie made sure that a bottle of champagne, dinner and a full desert bar awaited us there. We couldn't be happier with our experience at Casa Bella! The ceremony and reception space is gorgeous and needs very little extra decoration, the food was really delicious (so many guests told us it was the best wedding food they have had), and the staff was so helpful through the entire process. Veena and Dani were awesome to work with and they went above and beyond to make sure the wedding was exactly what I wanted! It was perfect. Veena was always available to us and she answered every question I had right away. The surrounding area also has some really cool spots to take portraits, like the old train station/train tracks and lots of nature spots with greenery. Overall an amazing experience and would definitely recommend it! It was also cheaper than a lot of other venues we looked at in surrounding areas. Casa Bella was one of three venues for our multicultural wedding celebration, and we can't say enough great things about it! The garden patio was a beautiful setting for our Hindu ceremony (the stage area made for a perfect mandap!), and looked just as amazing in photos as it did in person. We also did a horse baraat through the parking lot, and loved that the bride could peek over from the bridal suite balcony. The Casa Bella team was incredible too -- we postponed twice due to COVID, and they were so supportive and understanding throughout the entire planning process all the way up until our event! It was absolutely a stressful time, and it really helped that their staff was so friendly, communicative, professional, and on top of it! We also had breakfast catered from the Casa Bella Bistro, and all of our guests raved about the food! It was a stunning spread that tasted as delicious as it looked, and the bistro team, like the rest of the staff, was super easy and great to work with. There are also several wonderful photo spots near the venue, including the train station and the small park across the street. All in all, we are SO happy to have had part of our wedding celebration at Casa Bella -- what an incredibly gorgeous and accommodating venue. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This place is a gem! It was such a beautiful venue to get married. The coordinators and staff were SO friendly and great to work with, we felt very supported throughout the planing process and especially the week leading up. Everything turned out beautiful! The outdoor patio has so much pretty detail in the landscape. Also, the food was delicious, we got tons of compliments from guests after! This review is long overdue. My husband and I got married at Casa Bella in May 2021. First off, I wanted to start off by saying that Casa Bella is a beautiful venue! It has that elegant rustic feel that I really loved. You don't need to add much decor because everything looks so great already (both the inside and outside). Unfortunately, we were a covid postponed wedding, but despite any issues we had, we really appreciated Casa Bella's ability to work with us. The food was delicious! our guests really enjoyed it, even the picky ones! My wife and I held our wedding at Casa Bella in May 2022. This venue is amazing. Located in the quiet town of Sunol, the bistro is the perfect place to host a wedding and reception. The scenery is absolutely beautiful and both, ceremony and reception areas are very spacious. From the initial booking all the way up to our wedding day, the staff was incredibly helpful throughout every step of the process. We received timely reminders and requests for meetings to ensure everything was on track. My wife and I were both amazed at how well everything came together on our wedding day. This review is way overdue, but it's been a whirlwind since the wedding... My husband and I got married here in May 2018, and it was perfect! We had our ceremony offsite (Catholic church) and had our reception at Casa Bella. The venue: gorgeous! What we loved about Casa Bella that we didn't really get at other venues we visited was that it was already decorated with its own character as is. All we brought in addition were flowers and signs - so easy. There is so much thought put into the venue from the cute backyard patio area with the galvanized flowers to the unique lighting to the honeymoon suite. Most other venues, I felt I would have needed to spend a lot more money to get the same rustic but elegant feel that Casa Bella already had. Also, they are constantly updating and adding to the venue. I remember every time I would return for a meeting, there would be something new! The only thing I would have wished we had was more shade (possibly umbrellas). Our wedding day was particularly sunny and hot and cocktail hour was outside. Many of our guests crowded under the gazebo for the shade. Otherwise, I can't think of anything else we could have asked for! The coordinator: we worked with Leann who was absolutely amazing! She was always quick to respond to emails and whatever problem we threw at her she always figured a way out. We couldn't have done it without her! Thanks, Leann! The DJ: we went with Tony Sparks! He was great and read the crowd really well. From the moment dancing started, the dance floor was never empty. read more

Just got back from a wonderful birthday party at this place. The venue is unbelievable in so many ways - the drive leading up to it is so scenic and green, the access is remarkable, the place is amazingly charming, one of its kind in terms of decor, feel, and amenities. The hosts James and Veena were amazing and their staff led by Marie were tireless. Went out of their way in making sure everyone is having a great time. We couldn't help but invite James to some traditional cocktail - let's just that requires acquired to appreciate. He was such a sport and sensitive towards his guests. What great memories given the attitude and efforts of the owners. Two thumbs up!! read more

I had a "girls day" with my friends last Sunday. We ended up in Sunol and thought we'd stop in at this bistro and get a bite to eat. OMG! This place is SO adorable! The food was awesome! I had the avocado toast and it was delish! Ryan, our server, is a doll and so helpful!! The atmosphere was beautiful! But this place is SO much more than a bistro! It's an event spot! I want to plan an event JUST so I can have it at Casa Bella! It was a lovely place for a Sunday brunch! read more
