Everybody at the Jupiter waterfront Inn was very helpful and accommodating, and our delay created no bigger problems with our accommodations, as it did with our flights and rental car. Quaint small property with a Mom and pop feel that was very cozy and just what we hoped it would be. The rooms were pretty straightforward and basic but clean and kept well with no noticeable wear and tear, stains, etc. We really liked that it wasn't located too close to the center of things which made it much more relaxing and it had two beach side restaurants a one minute drive up the road! Big, thanks to Nick for being welcoming, helpful and really enhancing our whole experience. Really like this place and would definitely not hesitate to stay here again.

She made us feel so unwelcome and screamed at our entire family with kids present because a few of the rooms had been booked through Expedia (an option btw that pops up on her website and Google business profile!). She claimed she's only making $20 on those rooms and why couldn't we give her the curiosity of calling and booking directly? Well, it's 2026 and most people book online these days. As a customer, no offense, we do what's easiest for us. Also our party booked rooms through various ways as we weren't sure you could attend due to work/scheduling and some actually did book by calling. If you don't want third party bookings - don't offer it. The business owner is now making up that we were offered a contract in January and we refused to sign it and then used fake names to book rooms lol. Completely made up and another example of how this business owner can't take accountability of her actions. The hotel isn't nice, the beds were awful, AC didn't work in any rooms, & my aunt had a cockroach in her room. There are a lot better places to stay in Jupiter

Housekeeping came to our rescue and called the technician, who came right away and changed the battery of the keypad. The hotel rooms and doors need some care. The doors are all chipped in the bottom, the bathrooms are small and need updating. Carpet in the rooms should be changed to something that is easier to clean and maintain because it wreaks havoc for allergy sufferers. The air conditioner rattles and makes it hard to sleep. The smell of marijuana through out the hallways and elevator was nauseating.

I do want to mention that I did have one warm interaction with Liz at the front desk, and I appreciated the efforts of the housekeeping and engineering teams in addressing a room that was not properly kept up. However, overall, the front desk experience and the quality of service from some staff members really need to improve, and they should step up in how they treat guests and the overall standard of care.

The girl who checked me in had some very strong feelings about my employer, which gave me a little laugh and made for an interesting start to the stay. Parking garage is located across the way from the entrance. It's not a far walk by any means, but it did feel a little awkward hauling luggage and when I came back to the room late. I didn't feel unsafe for the record. The hotel also has a small restaurant on-site, but don't expect a complimentary breakfast. Overall, it was an OK place to stay for a work trip. I'd stay here again if I needed to, but it wouldn't be my first choice when I'm in the area.

I expected the Golden Girls to pop out from behind a corner! Only two of the elevators were working and even though there are only four floors, sometimes there was a wait for the elevator. There was a little balcony off my room but I could hear the valet guys so I didn't spend any time out there, although the weather was nice during my stay. The bathroom was big but kind of a weird set up with the toilet and the doorless shower in the same enclosed area. I did like the shower as well as the amenities. There were plenty of plugs at the desk and on the nightstand. The only thing in the room that wasn't great was the bed. It could definitely use a mattress rotation or something because there was a big dip that I kept sliding into. The conference rooms were nice and I loved the meals that were served. The kitchen does a great job and I have to say, all the staff members everywhere were just terrific. The housekeeping staff was so nice and then the people setting up the lunches or helping with the conference rooms. Just a really great team. The central bar area when you walk in is great, as is the patio right behind it with views of the gorgeous pool . I was working so didn't have time to enjoy any of the recreation but it looked wonderful. I took a walk every morning and there's a lovely path that goes down by the golf course and you can walk around the small lakes. It was a great way to start the day. Overall a very nice place.

I asked for a first floor nonsmoking room, and got assigned to a second floor room with cigarette burns in the sofa. Also, not necessarily the hotel's fault, but the room mist have had a dozen occupants coming and going all night, and it reeked of skunk weed. The mattresses are probably the most uncomfortable I have experienced in any hotel, but at least the linens seemed clean and the kitchen area was clean too. Appliances were in good working order, and although it was too cold for us to go swimming when we stayed, the pool looked well maintained. Ultimately we stayed so it wasn't horrible, but we won't be returning.
