Troy, the owner, performed this service on the Monday following the landscaping completion on Friday April 21, 2017. Within two weeks the seed started to germinate and within one month most of our neighbors were giving us complements on how good our yard was looking and asking for the name and telephone number of A1 Affordable HydroSeed, Inc. Since the first part of May, every time Troy has been in the neighborhood he has stopped by our house and inspected our lawn to see how well the seed was germinating. On one occasion when he was doing a job for a neighbor he brought his drill over and planted some additional seed in an area where some of the seed had washed away due to some heavy rains. It's an older car, but has been in the family since it left the dealer's lot and has been well cared for. I wouldn't drive it across the country, but it's reliable and perfect for local trips and irreplaceable at that price. I let the owner know...he thought about it for a moment and said "we have a garage we use for our vehicles. Take it there and they'll fix it for you on me." The next day we dropped off the car at a shop in Denver. No paper work, just a handshake. Have to admit I was a little uneasy about what to expect.
