They took part of my deposit after my mother and I spent the whole day cleaning the place which was rat and roach infested when I moved in. We left the place spotless. They claimed that the window shades were dusty. This isn't even legal for them to do but I don't have the money to hire a lawyer. The place was very shabby but I did my best while living there, maintaining and cleaning. I would not rent from them because in the end they are not honest people. They are looking to make an extra buck at the expense of the working people. They are an awful company taking advantage of tenants and who knows the owners too. BEWARE!

It was a little expensive, but it did have a washer and dryer in the unit and it was in a good location. I applied and sent Cody, who showed me the apartment, an email. I never got a response, and in two days the property was unlisted and they took my $40 application fee. The least you could have done is responded to my email. Luckily, I found another apartment just as good and for $300 cheaper, so it all worked out. But still, my experience with this company was very unprofessional. Edit: the manager personally called me back to apologize for the situation, and offered to refund my money. She was very professional, and I appreciated her effort to make things right.

Long story short Amanda Gresiak is dishonest, greedy, vindictive, and so miserable that she went out of her way to ding our credit showing that we owed them rent money. We had our rent automatically taken out each month and never owed them a dime. We moved out towards the end of 2020. Didn't find out about it until about a year 1/2 later. Luckily i have saved a payment ledger and submitted it for dispute. Credit bureu removed it off. I will be reporting her company to FTC for this. You dont F around with peoples credit lady. Amanda, I dont even know you but you know what you did and you will never get ahead in life. Karma will always come looking for you. :)

I haven't really needed much from them, in terms of maintenance issues within my Apt unit, but just this month I had two urgent issues come up. (one with my fridge and one with stopped shower drain). I put in 2 Maint Requests through my Resident app, and Both issues were fixed, within 12-24hrs. I was explicitly told that each unit and lease would be handled independently from a financial perspective. Based on that communication, I was informed I would receive a $3,600 refund from my previous unit. I am now being told that the accounts are "even," without any clear or detailed breakdown showing how the finances were reconciled or combined. This reflects a lack of clear communication and proactive follow-through. Based on past experience, I anticipate having to make multiple requests before receiving a transparent and itemized explanation.

To tell me they're not accepting money from me anymore but let me sit in the house for two months without an eviction notice or allowing me to pay them. Like huh?? These are pathetic people. They had my ex-boyfriend's little brother pursuing my case at the law firm they hired, The neighbor and their employee (Stephanie) sniffing around my apartment to see what I was doing. Presumably during the day time, by her professional practice she preferred to show it after business hours. I can only view it on Thursday nights. Understanding the current with COVID, everything takes some time. Yet, She offer no explanation on why viewing so late into the night. The 2nd call I got from her was yesterday (Wednesday), she reach out to me at 7 pm. From that conversation she sent me bunch of negative vibes that its best I stay away from that locations. The picture she took of the property look uninviting but my method was not to judge a book by its cover. Its like divine interventions, as Ms. Elaine shows her shadowy ways which I will take that as a blessing in disguise to stay the hell away from it. Her locations doesn't provided employee parking. Her explanation is that they don't want employee to parked their all day long?! ugh, how do you expect people to work at your locations? Remotely?! You sort of wonders, what type of parking lot does she have there? It really got me wondering. Since I have been alive and have work in variety of positions this is the first ever, that a commercial building doesn't offer employee to park at the facilities. I can understand if they don't have enough space, but still provided alternatives. Her explanation that the parking is only for the customers. The whole things just sounded like a scam. Glad to be turned off from a huge mistake!
