The location is in the plaza near hobby lobby & target, so there's lots of parking around the area! You can conveniently order your drink online and pick it up pretty quickly. I ordered half sweet but it was pretty watered down for the two drinks that I got. I typically order half sweet at other places but I guess you wouldn't need to adjust the sweetness here. I enjoy using the feature to order ahead & pick up, the location is clean and conveniently located next to Target. I tried the Creme Brûlée Boba Milk. I really enjoy this drink - it's unique and I love the thickness/taste of the creme brûlée with the boba milk. I think the drink should come with more boba though. I love Sunright they never miss specifically this location and the one in Sawtelle! cuz some locations are definitely not as good as others (the one in ktown) but this location consistently makes good drinks super fast! I came across this new Sunright Tea Studio location after making my weekly Target trip. They're located within the same plaza and share an abundance of parking. I usually love Sunright Tea Studio, and regularly frequent the locations in Chino Hills and Irvine, but I did find the quality of the drinks at the new Rancho Cucamonga location to be lacking. I ordered a Milk Tea at 30% sweetness with creme brulee and boba, and while the tea flavor was good, the boba was quite flavorless. I doubt that this is a direct consequence of ordering the drink at 30% sweetness, because I regularly order this same drink at the other locations with no issue. Additionally, I found some foreign particulates in the drink, which upon further inspection seemed to be a disintegrating seed of some sort. It ended up in my mouth, which was pretty disgusting. I understand that this location is still relatively new and is currently working through its initial growing pains. I look forward to visiting again and changing my rating. read more

Hey, this Sunright tea studio tastes like the other Sunrights. Employees are shielded from customers and chatting in the back. Ordering and receiving the drink was quick. You order through a kiosk, and they give you your drink. I can foresee a possible situation where service is not optimal. There are two kiosks, one guy took an extremely long time, and like five people order at the other kiosk before he finish. Woohoo there's a Sunright Tea studio here in rancho which I definitely wasn't expecting! I've been to one in Irvine but that's just about it. I know there are a bunch of locations in different cities assuming it's fairly popular. I stopped by around 3 PM and there were only 2 people ahead of me. There is a kiosk/touch screen on the wall where you'll place your order and then just wait for the barista to call your name when the drink is ready. I always love those ideas only because I appreciate the time I get to take when selecting my specifics for my drink because sometimes when ordering drinks in person at the register, I forget the particular modifications I want for my drink and end up remembering after it's already been made. I honestly only waited like 5 min or less for my drink so they're pretty quick and efficient, but also there just weren't many people so I wonder how it'll be once it gets crowded if it does. It's a small area but I don't think they need anymore space if it's not a fully functioning restaurant or anything. Most boba places are cute and small anyway. I got a peach jasmine green tea with lychee jelly and light ice. It seemed kind of pricey with the drink being $5.25 and the topping for an additional 50¢ then tip added on, but then again I've only been here one other time and all I can compare it to are the other local boba spots around here being a taaad less expensive. Maybe it's because there's only one size? Possibly. The drink itself tastes great! I wouldn't expect anything more from a refreshing peach green tea. The barista was nice and welcoming as he brought my drink out and all the others seem to be working hard as well. Glad there's another boba spot that has opened up here though. This place is so amazing. We have gone to nearly every single boba spot in Rancho and can agree that they are fantastic. The shop is small and always clean. There is no seating inside. It's a grab n go gig. They have the option of ordering online, self-order in person or at register. The flavor os the tea and the bobas are outta this world. My husband has tried nearly everything on the menu and always finds a reason to come back. The prices are fair for the area. I think for the quality of tea, it's on the cheaper side. Our one suggestion, for business owners, would be to consider large sizes. Many boba spots offer teas well above 16oz. Many offer 32-40oz. We would like another reason to become more addicted. read more

The Sunright milk tea is my favorite. My go to spot to satisfy my boba craving! The only thing I would say is the taste is not always consistent. At times they add more brown sugar syrup at the bottom than other times and I feel that makes a huge difference with the taste but overall the employees are friendly and always quick with making your drink :) definitely recommend! read more

ok first off why i took out 1 start was because they had no seats at all. i felt not very welcoming. they could have fitted like 2-3 tables or have outside seating at least. Drink: had the cheese foam four seasons and its really good. The tea flavor really came through unlike other tea places that its very watered down. This Sunright location gives the franchise a really bad name. Order at Kiosk, it takes forever! At least have 2 kiosks if you are having 6+ employees working behind the counter. Only 2 of them are actually working anyway. Waiting to order at the kiosk takes easily up to 15-20 minutes and when I was waiting there was only 3 parties in front. Waiting for the drinks were worse. An additional 15-20 minutes as you watch your drinks settle on the counter. Not one employee cares to bag it. I noticed on their screen that my drinks were the next one being prepared so I was eyeing my drinks being made. I noticed 2 Four Seasons tea were done (they literally just had to pump it out) while I was watching another employee complete my Frostie order. He puts it in the blender and forgets about it until another employee sees it and proceeds to put it in the cup and lid sealer. The drink stays in lid sealer for a good few minutes until I saw another girl walk to a tablet near the drinks for online orders I believe? At this point, another male employee takes it out of the lid sealer and puts it with the four season teas but doesn't bag it. They keep creating a line of drinks and not handing them out. It's been close to 25-30 minutes from the moment I ordered already, so I told the female employee "Hi, we have been waiting a while and I see my drinks on the counter, may you please bag it?" She looks at it and says okay, hold on a minute. She continues to work on the tablet and then bags my drink a few moments later. Girl, you couldn't have just done some quick customer service? You didn't need to go above and beyond, stop what you are doing on the tablet and stretch your arm to give me my condensated drinks? I know the employees know they're taking their sweet time and don't really care about customer satisfaction because they occasionally turn around to see how long the line is, yet they continue chatting away. With so many people behind the counter, you would be in & out, but think twice before you order from this location! You go in & you wait forever! Found this new boba spot on Yelp and I had to try it. I instantly thought it was very bright and well lit which made it stand out a lot! My boyfriend and I decided to go for the Milk tea with boba and Sunright fruit tea and I substituted the cane sugar with honey which was very delicious! My tea was super refreshing and the milk tea boba was yummy and perfect for when you're craving a sweet drink. I definitely will have to cone back and try other options! Visited this location today after lunch to pick up a taro smoothie. Let me start by first saying that the drink was made with real taro, and it wasn't exactly what I was expecting. You place your order through a kiosk, and everyone behind the counter makes the drinks. So fast and easy transaction without dealing with a cashier. At other tea places I usually get taro drinks, but they use the powder that I believe is usually sweetened with ube. I actually like that flavor, and was expecting a similar profile. I loved coming to Sunright. My bf and I used to really like getting boba here until today. I ordered my usual drink Cream Pudding Milk Tea but felt like adding the brown sugar boba today. After we drove home, we found out that both of our drinks were missing the brown sugar boba. We drove back to the store and told them they didn't add the boba. Instead of making us new drinks, they cut open our sealed lid and pour out some tea to put the boba in. The drinks from this place are pretty good, but ever since business started picking up the service has been pretty lackluster. You're probably wondering how a place with only online ordering and an order kiosk could have bad service, but there's been multiple times now where I've received an incorrect order or cracked cups. There have been times where I order the oreo brulee and the oreo isn't spread on the sides of the cup and is instead left at the bottom. There have been times where I order boba in the drink and there's no boba. Not sure if the good drinks are worth the hassle that you have to go through. Very disappointing. read more
