Recently Zoe installed a new transmission in my Ford Ranger, he was very prompt in finishing the job. My Audi had started to experience an issue last week, and on Wednesday took to auto zone who said I had a sensor issue- I called the dealership and they said it would be 3 weeks before getting in. I was referred to Zoe and Sunrise, and went over to the shop. Zoe asked if I could bring by the car Saturday morning- after bringing the car in Saturday, Zoe said he would get to it in just a little bit and call me. about 2pm Zoe called and let me know the issue and asked if needed the car back the same day, I said it would be great if possible, so he drove over to the dealership to get the part himself to be able to complete. at 4:30 Zoe called and let me know the car was ready- when I arrived he had pictures on his phone of each step in the repair process which was great-- I really felt like Zoe made me feel like my repair was important and was really timely-- great experience!!! Zou helped me out tremendously when my trucks ac went out. Was one of the cheaper quotes I got and had my vehicle in and out in 24 hours for a complete ac system install. Now it's the coldest I've ever felt and I didn't have to spend near what I thought I would for the repair. He keeps you informed as he's checking out your car. When he gives you a price and that's "out the door" he means it. No additional charges.
