Guess they want to employ and enable incompetent employees?Are doing so well they can afford to turn away business by making customers call and call to get accounts correct and then threaten them with cancellation of the contract? Watch and check each month (if you dare to do business with them) your online account for double charges, payments not applying correctly. Cypress is no longer a place I will recommend- employees take no responsibility for NOT honoring your signed contract terms, and management has attitude talks over you so you can't even give them details of the problem.
