From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a cheerful and welcoming staff, all full of smiles. The office itself is clean and organized, with a cozy waiting area that made me feel right at home. Upon entering my exam room, I discovered a lovely welcome gift waiting for me, which added a nice personal touch to my visit. Although I don't generally have fear of dental visits, Maria offered me comfort items like a blanket, water, a stress ball, neck pillow, and more--making the experience even more enjoyable. My hygienist, Camille, was exceptional--her gentle approach and calming tone put me at ease immediately. She maintained great communication throughout the entire visit, which I really appreciated. The X-rays were easy to manage, and they also took regular photos of my teeth for before-and-after treatment purposes and chart references. The cleaning process was fantastic; my teeth feel incredibly clean and happy after my visit. Prior to the oral surgery I was given a Treatment Plan printout showing what my insurance would pay and my out of pocket costs. It was right on the money - it was even a bit less than anticipated. I have been going there for at least 5 years now - never had any sort of problems at all. I definitely felt like I had won the lottery there, Dr Kelli was so sweet, gentle and patient with me, I couldn't believe her compassion. I got my first filling in many years without an ounce of discomfort, or fear. Then she transferred to the Monroe Clinic. So I decided to commute to her office regardless of the miles. We moved during the middle of Covid and no one was accepting new patients at the time. I went around 2 years between my last cleaning and now. At some point I quit trying to get in anywhere. Until I could no longer tolerate my mossier than a Washington Rain Forest teeth. It was so bad, I thought I had something stuck in my gum. They got me in within 48 hours of my call. Turns out it was calculous build up irritating my gum. I hope I didn't drive Jonny too nuts, but he got out the issue and now my gum needs a little time to heal. Signing up my kids and my husband next. I don't recommend going that long between Dental cleanings! The good news: NO CAVITIES! Anyway, everyone at Sky Valley Dental is happy. You can tell that they have an amazing work environment and that translates to exceptional care. I highly recommend this experience. :) Almost makes me wish I was staying in Washington (You know it's a great Dentist if the thought crosses your mind to stay for that sole reason)!
