She first showed me around the clinic and introduced me to the dentist via pictures and handed me a welcome gift. My Hygienist was Kristi and OMG, she probably spoiled it for the rest of them because my expectations are very high now lol. She was just simply superb. The way she communicated was amazingly clear and the way she translated my findings to the Dentis was to the tee. My Dentist was Dr. Carlson. I must be getting old because she seemed so young lol. Very nice Dr. She also communicated everything nicely to me. All together I am happy to say that I found a new dentist. the only feedback I have is with the high cost of getting things done I was offered a plan to break up the cost, but I think it was more like a credit card of some sort. She did say she would not pull my credit and that if she did it would be a soft pull but not until I looked up the payment plan. Of course I declined it immediately since the interest rate was 33%. I think they need to offer better options like my old dentist. They offer to break up the plan without having to apply for credit. But, everything was very satisfactory. I am glad to have found a nice, clean, modern and friendly dentist.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth pulled last August. I paid $475, which I was told at the time would be my portion after insurance. In December (four months later) I received a bill for $230. I called to inquire what these additional charges were for as neither of us had been in since August. I was told they would research it, send it back thru insurance if necessary, & call me back with the results. I never heard anything back, so I assumed it was handled. Yesterday I received a phone message threatening to send me to collections for the unpaid amount. I called today to find out what I had asked them to find out over a month ago & I was told it would not be sent back thru insurance, & that she couldn't tell me what this additional $230 was for. She just kept saying "I don't know what to tell you. You have an additional balance & I'd be happy to work out a payment plan with you." I don't want a payment plan! I want to know why I am being charged again almost half of the amount that I already paid (now SIX months ago), when I was told then that my account was paid in full! I pay my bills, but bills typically come with some sort of explanation & they don't come SIX MONTHS after the services are rendered! Quality Family Dentistry will no longer receive any of my business & I will pass on to everyone I know about their shady billing practices! There are plenty of reputable dentists in town that would be happy to take my business!

I finally decided to seek out a dentist because I was more afraid of how my teeth could hurt me opposed to how a dentist could hurt me. Just sitting in the dental chair with my cute little dental bib waiting for x-rays stressed me out and I had big tears rolling down my cheeks. I fanned my eyes trying to dry up my tears because I felt ridiculous. I mean I was just there for x-rays for crying out loud! My fear of dentists was that intense. Aaron came in , gave me a tissue and spoke so kindly to me with genuine caring and compassion. He has a boyish charm that puts you at ease. Of course that could be because of the braces on his teeth that he is sporting or perhaps his choice of super hero clothing articles like socks and tshirts. I think you might indeed be a super hero to choose a profession where not many people are especially excited to come see you. I mean, who really gets excited to go see a dentist? The diagnosis after x-rays? Two root canals and two crowns.... double ugh. I had one root canal last Friday and my other one today and I have to tell you dear readers... it went great. I am so happy now. No discomfort, no pain, no fear and no tears. Thank goodness! Dr Aaron Marks and his staff are phenomenal. His assistants are like your little dental cheerleaders. The appointments were long, with root canals you can plan on having a seat in that dental chair for a few hours so it gets a bit tedious but the girls would come in the room and tell me I was doing great and good job haha. The vibe of this place makes going to the dentist actually fun. How can this be? Well give them a try and you can see for yourself! I wish I could double the stars of this review. :)

This office is clean, Gaylen has assisted helpfully at front desk thus far, scheduling is easy, and the actual procedure was prompt. The five stars goes to the teamwork of Suha and Dr. Shin. Providing a review to specifically emphasize how impressed I was with their teamwork. As a patient, I really appreciate having a pair of people who easily work together, and provide comfort to the experience. Suha naturally is a comforting person, and Dr Shin appears to know his stuff, and quickly execute. Although my case seems particularly hard to reach, they ensured me all was good for the future, and the office will see me in 8 ish months to ensure all is looking good. (Included in price of procedure) I hope to find additionally that my insurance does cover some of the cost. However am waiting to see how that portion plays out.

I work, so my availability kinda is wonky and I'm stuck with this lump on the back of my tooth (temporary filling) for two additional weeks until I can get the second filling. To be honest, my tongue is already raw from rubbing against the filling on the one tooth that's been done. So yes, I really want to get in sooner and maybe she had a long day, bit it felt like she wasn't interested in trying to get me in sooner. They did however give me a little gift bag, with water and chocolate and Advil. That was neat. Obviously I'll be back l, so it was a good experience overall.
