As a mother this place has been a saving grace ! The care , attention to my child's needs yes all of them with her being a toddler, safety and security is priceless. My daughter has grown up here with two amazing teachers that my toddler requests to go to school. Ms Trish and ms Nikki I can't thank you both enough for all you have done for her. The Director ms Brittany has been a saint. She answers any and all questions, concerns and just over the most professional Director I have met and I have been in two other sunrise preschools! Ms Patricia and ms Haley always answer the phone and are available for amazing conversation. This specific location has been so great to our little daughter. Our daughter has been here for about 2 years and started in the 2s class and then ended in the pre-k class. Their management has always been so accommodating for us and every teacher that our daughter has had has been amazing. Everyone knows our daughter by name. Their tuition is reasonable compared to most daycares. My 3 children have been going to sunrise on Cooper and Warner for the past 3.5 years and we LOVE it!!! My daughter who was 2 at the time was potty training and her teacher helped us get thru a tough patch. My son was in the pre-k class and he has ADHD. His teachers were so helpful and they were patient! We love patient teachers my other son is in the school age class, he has made so many new friends and BONUS... during breaks they go on field trips! Recently my boys have been accused of some wild behaviors from another peer in their class! The director and I had a meeting with my boys and we discussed this matter. The director was understanding, helpful, and supportive!!! After having the meeting, I advised my children not to play with this peer, because at this point it was no longer safe to be "friends". Even after being accused of some off-the-wall things, the peer continued to badger my children and still tried to play with my children. it seems that changes were made within the school age classroom. My children are more engaged, and excited to go back during school breaks, and before & after school But we consider sunrise as our second family! Let me start off by saying I LOVE MY CHILDRENS SCHOOL !!!! To be able to leave my children while I work is very relieving...My children have been attending for 2 years and never have I had a complaint about this school. Every morning when I walk in I am greeted by the director Ms . Brittany and by all teachers I come in contact with. My 4 year old has learned so much, I can't wait for what this year will bring!!! My 2 year old ..omg I didn't think I was going to be able to potty trained, they have helped me tremendously!!! Let's get started . First things first . I went into the sunrise on cooper and Warner to do a tour on 8/12/2024 @4pm . It was an absolute disappointment. During the tour I encountered a lot of disrespect . Let's me start off by telling you about Patricia . Absolutely rude and made me feel rushed . Felt I couldn't ask a single question without receiving an attitude . She seemed to be in a very bad mood and did not care about the position she holds here at sunrise . Anyways . As I was on the tour I was being shown the 4 year old classroom and when the teacher Ms Nikki was asked to explain the schedule and curriculum her response was "it's on the wall she can read it " . Well for me that was just a big red flag . It was a very uncomfortable thing to hear while doing a tour . I cannot at all trust her to watch my child as mentioned on the screenshot posted here on my review . It is very disturbing to me to have to experience something like this while trying to trust someone with my little boy . I will not recommend this preschool to any parent unless of course you can handle a facility like this that seems to not care about the children and explaining basic things to the parent/parents. read more

The Director's children are bullies and will tell the other children "I won't get in trouble because I'm the boss's kid." Her son made some EXTREMELY sexually inappropriate actions towards my daughter. I went to the director, she said she has to have the regional manager look into the incident since it a her son but never made an official report! The regional manager knew nothing about the incident and made excuses for the gross negligence. Your children are not safe here! read more

I would like to respond to a post ... as a current parent I would like to make this clear there are two sides to every story , as a mom/Dad , your main goal in life is to protect your children, sorry you left a very harsh review and you bashed a  underaged child in doing so, I know for a fact, the director talked to all the children in the school-age classroom they had a class meeting ,about not repeating things that they hear or see on TikTok, and that while on the bus waiting for friends to be picked up, Twerking was not allowed for girls and boys, I just would like to say I'm happy you removed your child /dren (older daughter)from this environment by doing so my child has thrived, your daughter is manipulative, bully that used her tears to get what she wanted, I watched your husband /baby daddy /or what ever he is boyfriend,drop them off at 6 o'clock in the morning, and it was pitch dark and left them on the corner to walk to the center , eyewitness your daughter meltdowns, where she repeatedly slammed her fist on the counter and said that she hated you, before you judge others, Or bash children for behaviors don't throw stones Becky... (Jessica) My child has gone home with the scratches to her arms because your daughter was angry and couldn't control her temper.while having an emotional breakdown  she kicked my child at the snack table, causing a bruise on her shin .she was removed from the classroom and sat upfront until she could calm down, towards the end of your stay at the sunrise. The environment was miserable in that classroom because the children were not allowed to hang out and have fun. They had to implement centers with numbers because your daughter could not self regulate her emotions certain children could not play with their friends because it triggered your daughter , I did not send my daughter to daycare to be censored so I would like to say thank you for removing your child from this facility. My daughter has now been in Denise's 1 year old class for about 4 months now. Let's start by saying this has been our first daycare experience after staying home with her for a year. She had major separation anxiety when she first started, poor Denise and the other girls who help in her class were so understanding through all the countless days of my daughter crying for hours.. I have seen tremendous growth in her socially, emotionally, physically, I cannot thank them enough. My daughter's improvement inside of daycare AND out deserves a five star review, the ONLY reason I gave four is because they don't have an online payment option which would be a little more convenient. read more

My wife and I were extremely dissatisfied with this Sunrise school. From our daughters very first day, the majority of the staff seemed rude and uncaring, not only towards my wife and myself, but even to my daughter. The school seemed disorganized and unclean at times, not to mention it always smelled strange inside. We have 2 daughters that attend Sunrise, age 3 and 7, and have been going to this location for about 1.5 years. They absolutely love it! Our kids always have lots of great stories to share when they come home. The teachers at Sunrise are wonderful. They are all caring, knowledgeable, and truly seem interested in our children. The same teachers have been working there since our first visit over a year and half ago so there is not a "high turnover rate" of employees. This makes our daughters feel more comfortable since they are familiar with the teachers and it makes us feel more confident leaving them with their high level of care. Our daughter have learned so much at Sunrise -- songs, art, sharing, ABC's and even potty training! The hours are flexible, the staff is so friendly and the cost is very reasonable. Wow what a change from a traditional daycare! I moved my boys to Sunrise a year ago January and what a difference a year can make! The staff at Sunrise is warm, caring, engaging, and every classroom feels like it is "school". We are very happy with Sunrise and have been for the full 3 years our boys have attended. It's a nuturing environment and they truely care about each child. My boys get upset when we pick them up from school because they love their friends and teachers so much. There is a great balance between learning and letting kids be kids.
