Arts didn't charge me for the scan and I ended up buying some parts from them. I have done business with Napa for many years mostly Clackamas Oregon Napa. They don't inventory their parts, so you have to pay the $2 admission fee to walk around a gravel lot and hope that the part you need is still there/in good shape. Except it wasn't cheap. I wish I would have said no when it rang up as $20. Looked it up on the drive home and I could have bought it brand new online for a couple dollars more, without the rust stains, the 30 minute drive, and the crappy customer service.
