My family and I had dinner there tonight . We had been there in the past and had a really good experience, tonight was terrible. The waitress we had took our order, delivered our meal and she never came back. No one came to our table to ask if we needed anything. We needed our drinks refilled and had to ask another waiter. Well they named this place right! Husband and I were killing some time in Cape Coral and decided to grab a snack. Little did I know i'd be craving these wings since then! We got the special combo of 1lb of wings with chili onion fries and a drink. We went with the spicy garlic parm which (if you consult the cheat sheet they have for the 100+ flavors of wings) was "spicy" sauce with a drizzle of garlic parm. I personally would have done it the other way around - garlic parm with a drizzle of hot. BUT - I don't own the place :) Wings were good sized, lightly breaded, very tasty. Spicier than expected but manageable. The fries were interesting - not what I was expecting being described as "chili", but they were really delicious. I ate here for the first time recently and it's such a perfect lowkey wing spot. The wings are incredible, they're big, juicy and crispy. Have you ever felt invisible at a bar? I have been sitting at the Wow Wings bar for over an hour. There are 4 people working the bar and serving tables. I am a woman who came to watch football on my own. I had to ask for my first beer by flagging the staff. I have now sat with an empty glass for 45 mins with no one noticing even though they are helping people all around me. I have never seen such poor service. They could have made a lot more money if they had paid just a little attention. We'll see how the 2nd half of the game goes! read more

Kids orders were completely forgetten and didn't get their food til adults were done eating. management never seemed to notice or care that we were missing multiple items that we ordered..I think it was servers first day or week. Only my second visit. My first visit was to just to get a couple trays of wings for a party. They were a huge hit at the party with people asking me where I got them. I had lunch there recently with a friend. Late afternoon and it wasn't overly crowded. Was slightly disappointed that they didn't have beef for cheese steak sandwich. The first time going there they were a little too spicy, but I made a decision to try it again with the direction of medium or mild spice. I was in heaven add that they serve crushed ice with their Coke soda and I was very happy. They're a little stingy when it comes to blue cheese and truth be told the wings are so good. You don't even need it. The salad also looked amazing. I could see myself coming here and having a salad maybe a chicken Ceasar or something like that.
