Instead of giving a clear answer, the staff became defensive, repeatedly claimed a competitor was "lying," and treated my questions as if I was arguing. I was only trying to understand what I was paying for before spending $600+. The most surprising part was that after I agreed to their revised quote, they suddenly refused to serve me, called me "out of control," and asked me to leave. I remained calm throughout the conversation and left without creating any disturbance. Customers have every right to ask about the product they are buying. Unfortunately, I found the customer service unprofessional, dismissive, and lacking transparency.

I was referred to Sunset by a friend. I called last Saturday morning and spoke with Eric. He was both knowledgeable and professional. After all my questions were answered, I was ready to schedule my appointment. He was booked for same day service, so I scheduled an appointment for another day. Before I got off of the phone, I asked (because it never hurts to) if there were any cancellations to please give me a call. Around 2pm, I received a call that his 1:30p never showed. (Yay for me!) For same day service and a couple of hours in time, I received an excellent tint on my windows all for a great price and a lifetime guarantee!
