    Sunset super with sausage

Verdict: I won't be back --- So, I'll start with the good. The pancakes, the eggs, and the sausage were decent. The pancakes were cooked pretty close to perfect, the sausages tasted nice and salty, and the eggs were a little crispy on the bottom - but nice and runny. But that's all that was good. The coffee here was mediocre at best. In fact the staff was drinking McDonald's coffee which should have been a sign to me that I shouldn't have ordered a cup. Oh well I needed the coffee and it did the job - got my dose of caffeine. Now onto the home fries... They were burnt, and a real let down. Completely overcooked, if you don't believe me just checkout the picture. There was also bacon, not pictured, that we ordered. Similar to the home fries it was over cooked, and not particularly good. I mean, how do you mess up bacon? Between the coffee, the home fries, and the bacon the experience wasn't the greatest. Next time I'm in the area, I'll probably hit up the Denny's down the road.

Eggs and pancakes are both so so good. My two daughters split one platter and couldn't finish it all!

Came for Mother's Day breakfast. The place was packed! All things considered the staff did a great job. The cooks did overlook most things today however I come here all the time and it is always spot on. Great service. Good good. Extremely family friendly. Huge portions for a great price. You can't go wrong.

Service was terrible. Waitress had an attitude and forgot about my table. Food is nothing special.

The restaurant is in more of a business park area, so maybe it gets pretty busy for lunch. There was plenty of parking when we arrived and our wait to be seated was about 1-2 minutes. We were shown to a table and given menus. The menu is quite extensive so there is something for everyone. My sister and I found many items we wanted to try, so we opted to share two items. We ordered the breakfast triple decker club (with fries), my sister got the fried chicken benny (with home fries), my son a cheeseburger with only pickles. We figured with two types of potatoes my son could just enjoy some of our sides. First off, the portions were large. I ate two pieces of the sandwich and half the benedict, I was struggling to finish, but it was so tasty, I didn't want to leave any behind. The sandwich was perfectly toasted and load with all sorts of good toppings. The benny, was amazing. The chicken was a freshly breaded and fried cutlet and the ham was perfect. Really this was one of the best benedicts I have had. The home fries were fine, just deep fried pieces of potato, but the fries were fresh cut fries that were perfectly made. My son absolutely loved his burger, he said it was one of the best he had. Honestly the meat was glistening and looked tasty. Everyone ate until they were stuffed and we still had some of the home fries left. We all left happy and full. Service was good. Everyone was friendly, the food arrived in a timely manner. I have no complaints on the service. I also thought the prices were good considering the portions and quality. If this restaurant existed where I lived, I would make this part of my brunch restaurant list.

The experience here was not like any restaurant I've ever been to especially in the states. The staff were so friendly and kind. They made us feel like we were apart of the family. Our server kept saying she was so happy we found their restaurant. So happy we came to visit. She was so sweet. Let's talk food. DELICIOUS!!! Everything is made fresh. They give a pretty large portion I feel everything is shareable. I do not like turkey bacon at all. I don't know why they did to this turkey bacon or if it was because we were in Canada. I can't stop thinking about it or the blueberry pancakes. When we come back to Toronto we will definitely stop back by. Good service, a nice family environment, and good food is hard to come by. This place definitely has it all.

I'll be back just for this. Highly recommended! We also ordered a Double Smash Burger ($16.95) and NEW Biscoff Milkshake ($9.95). Both were very impressive and flavourful. The owner was there and super friendly. I could tell why there are so many good reviews for this restaurant. Absolutely satisfying dinner experience here. Willing to come back next time :)

I was then promptly greeted and given the current menu. I chose the 17.99 salmon eggs Benedict and 2.99 bottomless coffee. The server patiently explained and described the options for the included side (French fries, home fries, grilled potatoes, or cole slaw.) I would have liked a hash brown style option but this was not available. My server then asked how I like to take my coffee and returned with only cream as I asked. The sugar packets are already on the table with the assorted jam ones. There were no napkins apart from the one wrapped around the cutlery but luckily I was able to make do with the one provided. My server was attentive without being obtrusive. She and the cook handled almost everything in the restaurant, and one staff seemed to be designated for prepping and maintaining the cutlery station. There was a steady stream of customers and I was able to savour and enjoy my meal. The music volume was mid range, enough to mostly cover other conversations but not jarring. There doesn't appear to be any Wi-Fi for customers. No signs anywhere and the network needed a password which definitely was not made readily available. Overall I really enjoyed my treat. At over $27 with taxes and tip it's more than we pay for an extra large pizza with 3 pop, but it was certainly warranted. The fries were fresh and hot, crispy and fluffy. I appreciated the slice of melon to start. The spinach was fresh and not overcooked. The salmon or perhaps the poaching water seemed to give a very slight vinegary taste in there somewhere, but I was super pleased about the restrained use of salt on everything. I could enjoy the taste of the spinach, yolks, and fries without the usual greasy spoon, saline filter. It's like eating at a diner only much better! They do offer wraps, burgers, etc. I would definitely look forward to trying them next time I'm in the plaza. 2 high thumbs up!

This little diner in the front of a small plaza a couple of blocks away from the tournament was a great find! Thank you Yelp! Nothing fancy here. Just a nice little dinner with modest furnishings, clean environment and a very friendly server (young lady with purple hair.) The menu is basic breakfast and lunch... I was delighted to find a Monte Cristo sandwich with home fries on the menu. A rare find at most restaurants and possibly the best I've had... Not fancy but a perfect blend of French toast, Swiss cheese and ham. Absolutely loved it! Not much more to say really... A great choice for a reasonably priced breakfast, friendly service and yummy food. Give them a try if you find yourself in the area.
