They were calling to ask if I could stop in to talk to Dr. S, about my bad tooth. About an hour later they called again to Ask to ask if I could come in 15 mins earlier that the the agreeded upon 4:15. I say of course. I had errands to run by but I did I had 1 important errand to run. I arrived about 3:55pm and the office was totally full of ppl waiting. But hey, it was only a short talk, right? I had to pick up my husband heart Medication by 5:00 pm. I waited an hour and it was now 4:50 and I heard doctor walk into another persons room. When that happened I knew I had to leave and I was really upset. I could have run out and picked up the medicine and return to "The Waiting Line" and talked to the dr. I was upset and just left. I called the next day to schedule an actual appointment, and was told by the same person who asked me to come in earlier for a quick talk -I was told that she'd ask the dr if I could schedule one and hung up on me. I called back later and told her I was ready to have tooth pulled and an implant. He took my apt. I was alsso told that if I ever leave an apt or reschedule another apt. Plus she told me that I had to pay for "The Visit" I left b4. I didn't have an apt, it was suppose to b in and out talk. Right! Question: what would u do? My time is just as important to me as his is to hIm. I really liked him and I miss him. HOW LONG DO YOU WAIT? How about not scheduling 6 months ahead of time. Other things happen during a 6 month period. I had to reschedule 1 apt a few weeks b4 as my car wouldn't start. New battery put in that night.

I had many appointments as the procedure from start to finish was a 6 month process, and I was in her office on average every two weeks! They never once let me down. On Friday, September 11, 2026, I had an appointment with Dr. Mark Galsterer for a root canal…read morere-treatment and tooth bleaching. Three days before the procedure, I had my initial visit, during which X-rays were taken and the treatment plan was explained to me somewhat vaguely. I was told, and I quote, "This is going to be quick. I don't even have to inject you," which I understood to mean that local anesthesia would not be necessary. When Friday arrived, I went to the clinic at 2:45 p.m., as instructed. After I was taken back, the assistant told me that the doctor was running behind. When Dr. Galsterer came into the room, I observed that he did not wash his hands before putting on gloves; he initially used a numbing stick and then proceeded to inject local anesthesia three times. This was done without explaining to me beforehand that I would be receiving injections, especially after previously telling me that he would not need to inject me. However, my main concern is what happened AFTER the appointment. The assistant told me that the temporary patch placed on my tooth would not come off easily and instructed me to wait two weeks before making an appointment with my primary dentist to have the tooth permanently closed. Two days later, on Sunday, the entire temporary material came off the back of my tooth. I immediately called the office on Sunday and left a voicemail, hoping someone would hear it Monday morning. I did not receive a response. I called again on Monday and spoke with the front desk. I explained that the temporary material had come off, that I now had a hole in the back of my tooth, and that I was experiencing pain and discomfort. I asked if the doctor could call me back. I never received a call or email from the office. At that point, I had to take matters into my own hands. I considered this a dental emergency and made an appointment with another dentist to assess and address the situation. I was in pain and uncomfortable, and this was my FRONT tooth, which made the situation even more concerning. The treatment I paid for did not last the two weeks I was told it would. In fact, it did not even last three days. The office also did not contact me to reschedule the treatment or provide any follow-up after the temporary material came off. I spent my money on a treatment that failed within two days, and I am now left hoping that my tooth does not return to its original color. In conclusion, I found this experience extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I have never experienced this type of communication or lack of follow-up from a dental office. Based on my experience, I would recommend going somewhere else. You may save yourself the frustration and disappointment I experienced.

He then asked the assistant to get the X-rays needed. This office was equipped with what seemed to be the most updated technology necessary for any situation. The X-ray machine was amazing, like nothing I had ever seen. It only took moments and we were done, back into the room for review. Dr. Trettenero sat with me, explaining what we saw on the monitor. There were 3-dimensional rotating views, and views showing layers of each upper and lower. And all turned out better than I imagined. No cavities, I just needed an adjustment to align my bite. Afterward, Dr. Trettenero cleaned my teeth and said all looked good, I'd been doing a good job. He was very gentle while doing the work, and cleaning was the easiest I ever experienced, anywhere.
