Worst of all was paying for an ocean front room and not being able to enjoy the view because the window seal is broken, so the glass is fogged. The socket covers and lights were replaced during our stay. I emailed Vacasa and sent them photos. So far, the only response I have received is "we know about the windows" and the "socket cover/lightbulbs were replaced during your stay".If they are aware of the windows, it should be mentioned in the listing. Checking in and picking up my coupons at the Central Reservations office was a quick and easy process. It is very quiet with adequate parking. The beach is 200 feet from the back door and was never crowd. Gentle slope into the ocean and life guards gave us a feeling of safety. The private beach area in the backyard allows for private activities but also shared games with the neighbor kids. The pool was clean but not very big and some of the lounge chairs are broken. Shops, restaurants, and theme parks close by.
