The cat area is PERFECT for CATS! They have good size sleeping areas with separate sleeping and separate litter box area. They have a safe area where they can roam about during the day. The girls send customers daily reports and photos on how the cats are doing. I just loved the place for my babies. I highly recommend them. It's a good feeling, to go on holiday, and know your pets are taken good care of.

Even when I'm connected directly to the internet rather than Wi-Fi, the cameras still appear blurry. I just wish the cameras in the play areas were a bit clearer. Overall though, we've had a really positive experience and Susie always comes home happy and tired.

I called midweek and was able to get a Saturday appointment, which is extremely convenient for those of us who can't typically make weekday visits work. I've visited numerous veterinarians, but none have ever shown such disregard for animals. My…read moredaughter brought her schnauzer here because she had been sick, unable to eat, not gaining weight, and generally feeling unwell. They ran $600.00 in blood tests and found nothing. She took her back, and they prescribed steroids, but they didn't help. She returned, expressing her frustration, and by this point, she was desperate to find a solution for her puppy's condition. Instead of collaborating with her and potentially suggesting some ideas, the doctor seemed uninterested in understanding the issue. When my daughter asked him what they could try, all he could say was, "Well, you can." He offered no suggestions whatsoever. My daughter even suggested a biopsy, which he had recommended during the previous appointment, and suddenly, it was "well, we can." Naturally concerned about her dog's well-being, my daughter returned, and they prescribed her Metoclopramide. However, this made her worse. She became lethargic, refused to eat, and slept excessively, acting completely different from her usual self. Instead of trying to diagnose the problem, they seemed more interested in masking the symptoms. As a result, we still don't know what's wrong with her. I believe that when they see my daughter, they perceive her as a young child, which is why they treated her differently. I would strongly advise against visiting this vet. These veterinarians don't care about the animals or their owners; they're just there to make money. They don't want to put in the effort to figure out what's wrong with the animals; they simply want everything to be easy. I feel that since they couldn't figure it out, they didn't want to deal with it anymore. The last visit, my daughter also asked if she would still be able to be spayed even though she's been vomiting. The vet proceeded to tell her yes, she doesn't have to tell them that she's vomiting.
