    They always do a good job on our boy, and the new place Ohana Paws is really nice and welcoming inside. They have a lot of different stuff for dogs and they have all their prices/services listed on a chalk board which is awesome.

    I made an appointment for 10 am, and got my dog 5 hrs later with cuts all over her and hair splinters in her eyes. Her nails were not cut on several of them each paw, patches of long fur left all over her body. Worst of all are the spots on her poor face where they sheered her skin off and made her bleed. I don't usually leave bad reviews but this is pretty heartbreaking to see my dog in pain and bleeding, she's never spent this long at a groomer and to come out like this is very sad. I was also quoted a starting price of $65 and ended up paying $130 with no itemized receipt of what she had done. I usually pay $65 for her to be washed, nails clipped and hair cut. I don't know what added up to this much but I'm very upset my dog came out like this and I paid them for it. I do not recommend going here. Very sad to say my dog this way.

    I do not recommend. Despite the several reviews that I have seen from other pet owners saying that they have cut their pups, I decided to give them a try anyway because it was highly recommended by a friend. I also wanted to support a family owned business. We brought our pup here to get groomed a total of three times. Every time we received our dog back, he had cuts on him, but I thought it could be possibly because his hair is very curly and was possibly tangled. This most recent time we got him back he had a severe cut on his back paw, causing him to lose a lot of blood. When we picked him up, the groomer was making statements to which felt to me that they were blaming him for the reason why he was cut so bad. The groomer informed my grandmother (who is the person who picked our dog up) to come back the next day, which was on Thursday to get the bandage taken off. Unfortunately, my elderly grandmother was not able to come the next day. So I called on Saturday (since I was off) to see if we could bring our dog back there to get the bandage taken off at least. The person who answered the phone first stated that they were fully booked, then, after I explained the situation, they stated that they were not there. This person showed no compassion or empathy for their mistake, not apologetic or concerned whatsoever. In fact, the person on the phone kept repeating "I told her to come back on Thursday" in a very rude manner. In which again, my elderly grandmother was not able to come back the next day. Our dog is currently in a lot of pain, and will need surgery on his paw. Now we are left with an injured pup who is now afraid of getting groomed and a $300 veterinarian bill and counting.

    Loved the attention that my for babies recieved. I was looking for a new groomer in my area and found this great grooming spot! From the moment I left a message I got a call back right away and an appointment that fit my schedule. From the moment I walked in the staff were super nice and you can tell they all love animals. Such a great vibe. They also cared for one of my dogs with epilepsy and they explained their grooming process for her. They even helped me take my pooches out to the car. So glad I found this place!

    My pup was a hot mess and they did an amazing job. Left him better than I expected, this will be his forever groomers. Called around and prices are very reasonable, especially for grooming.

    Took 2 weeks for an appt cause they never answer, they only take cash, which would all be fine IF the girl at the counter hadn't been so incredibly rude. My jaw nearly dropped to the ground watching the interaction between my husband and her. When I dropped my poodle off I said I didn't want to take him home with loose hairs cause he gets itchy and didn't want to have to bathe him after taking him to be groomed like I had to do in the past at another grooming salon. She said they would blow him off and that would take care of any loose hair. Prior to picking him up my husband called to see if he was ready, spoke to the male employee and asked if he'd been bathed after his hair cut and if not, could he be? Because we really didn't want the fuzz and he didn't think blowing it off would be enough. He answered "all dogs get bathed", again he asked specifically about bathing after his cut and he was told "yeah he got bathed". We get there, my dog shakes and tufts of hair go flying, my black shirt and I are covered in prickly fuzz, the girl calls my husband a liar when he told her that the male employee told him my dog got that bath and she says "No he didn't. I was standing right here when you called". My husband says "it's on the recording in the car's camera" She says "Show me. Show me the recording" and then proceeds to tell us that they "don't have time to bathe all the dogs twice" and said "he CLEARLY doesn't have any loose hair anyway sooo..." We were willing to pay more if that's what it took, not argue with her about what she thought was good enough. He pays her the $46 and says we won't be coming back and she answers "That's fine." shrugs her shoulders and rolls her eyes. And based on her replies to other yelp reviewers I can see that's her general attitude towards customers, basically the whole "no, you're wrong" rather than "how can I make this right?" ICING ON THE CAKE: I took my poodle home to bathe him AND fix his jacked up picazo ears when I realized what a creative job they'd done with the scissors Not to mention he looked depressed all day.

    Would highly recommend this place! Took my puppy as a walk in, and they took her in right away. They gave her thr haircut exactly like Iwanted, and even made her tail look extra cute and fluffy as well. Super nice environment. The ladies are super nice and welcoming, and the prices are great as well. Even went back the next day for my other dog to have her nails trimmed, and I was in and out in less than 10 mins! Will definitely be going back in the near future as well. Picture of our puppy Harley with her beautiful haircut! And she still smells great with the shampoo they used. Thanks again guys!

    The groomers are very nice, loving and professional. I bring my dog here for years. No complaints love the service and reasonable prices...

    I took my dog to this groomer and they did an amazing job. I will be going back real soon. She looked so cute.

    We've been going to that other "smart" store for over five years to have our dog's nails trimmed…read more Ever since, they've told us that we can just walk in and they will do the trim. The most we've ever had to wait is about 15 to 20 minutes. Today, was no different, walked in at 10:15a, let them know that we needed a nail trim, the associate said that the earliest they can get us in was not till 12 PM without an appointment. An appointment? I explained to them that in the five years we've been going to them for nail grinds (which is pretty frequent) we've never had to make an appointment. That's when she said that making appointment has always been in place. So, I walked out, came over to The Good Dog. The General Manager greeted us, even while working with another customer. Listening how he handled the other two customers in front of us (who appeared to be regulars) set the tone that this is a friendly place that we want to be a part of. You know, it's like "Cheers," you wanna go where everyone knows your name! Well, they were able to get us in right away. They advised we typically do not need to make an appointment for nail grind, but to simply call up to make sure they are not busy at the moment, otherwise can get in quickly. I think that's reasonable, fair enough AND smart! "Thanks, Good Dog!"

    Edit 7/2/2026: The owner reached out to me and was very apologetic and sincere in his replies. I've…read moredecided to improve my review for that reason. They offered medical wipes for my dog's injury and a complete re-grooming with a different groomer. I chose not to continue patronage, but the offer and continued open communication was very appreciated. Original Review: This is the first time I've been to this location and decided to go here due to the large number of good reviews. They were able to fit my appointment in very last minute, less than 24hrs notice, super friendly staff, and lots of merchandise. Also great cut options avaliable for someone new, trying to figure out what a new groomer can do with a new client. Asked them to brush his teeth and grind his nails, to which they accomplished (at least his breath smells better). With that said, I was told they would contact me 20 minutes before he's ready for pickup, they did not. They messaged me when he was done. No big deal. When I picked him up, immediately noticed the uneven cut job. As we're driving home, noticed A BUNCH of dirt left in his coat. Makes me question if they bathed him, and if they did, they didnt do a good thorough job. Also started to notice the uneven cut throughout his body, from his stomach where they left bunches of fur, to his back, which seemed as though they used two sizes for razors. They cut him (most likely by accident) but just reinforces my suspicion that they rushed through his entire "grooming". For the $100 package, counting $15 for dental/nail grinding, I can't say I'm not disappointed. Unfortunately, will not be coming back. Sincerely disappointed :( I will have to bathe him again, give him a complete haircut, and finish areas they didnt even attempt too, such as the hair under his nose going into his mouth.
