I highly recommend people avoid Mission Plumbing…read more After having a tankless water heater installed, I had to have a professional electrician correct some of the installation and another plumbing company correct the fact that clean out valves were not installed. (You are supposed to clean out the heat exchanger once a year so that is a problem. ). I tried to call Mission Plumbing many times to get these issues resolved and they did not answer the phone. However when I called using another phone, they did answer. Go figure. I was told they were driving and would call back in a couple minutes. No call came. All in all, I spent close to $2,000 getting an installation corrected that could have been done right the first time. And of course, it's highly disturbing that they won't answer the phone unless I call from a number with which they aren't familiar. Did they do that on purpose? I'm not a mind reader but you can make up your own mind, I'm sure.

I called Robert Carter, and he drove up to my house from Spanish Fork (I live in Draper) within an hour. He's a master plumber, licensed and bonded, and the quality of his work was really impressive. Oh, and did I mention cost yet? Well, let's just say he saved me HUNDREDS of dollars.
