I've been doing pole on and off for almost 3 years and whenever I get the chance to go to Sunset, I have a wonderful time, even if the moves are advanced for me, it's just amazing to see the instructors show their amazing talent and skills and seeing them be so supportive. It's a very welcoming studio and there are so many different types of classes available. From flow, tricks, and there's even a chains class, there's something fot everyone. I've taken classes with Hope, Grace, Mary (one of the owners), and Carolyn. I hope to take classes with more instructors when my schedule allows me to. They also provide open pole time, for you to work on whatever trick or choreography you need. The studio is beautiful and clean and just aesthetically pleasing with gorgeous decorations and lighting. They have 10 poles with great placements for videos. They even provide a few tripods if you need a better angle. I wish I lived closer so I could take classes more often. Sunset is absolutely amazing and I feel so blessed to have found them! The studio is very clean and gorgeous. Everyone is so nice and encouraging no matter the skill level. I started with another studio (Express Mie) when starting pole and was disappointed with how slow paced it was. I decided to try out sunset and am so glad I did! I learned more in one sunset class than I did in 5 weeks at my old studio!!! Sunset has Incredible instructors that challenge you and help you make huge improvements with each class. I love that I can choose a class focused on tricks or choreography depending on what I'm wanting to learn and come as needed. There's a pole for each person versus rotating on poles like I did at express. The instructors meet you where you are skill wise so you don't feel out of place. I can't say enough great things about this studio! The instructors are incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and make every class so much fun. Before March of 2025 I had never touched a pole a day in my life. From day one I felt so welcomed and it is such a safe space to be a beginner. I love that I always feel equally encouraged and pushed to be better as I've continued to go. Sunset pole studio is everything you want in a dance/pole studio. The vibes are impeccable and very welcoming no matter if you are a beginner or experienced. This place is incredible! I used the studio for show dress rehearsals and the owners (total babes btw) were super helpful with putting up poles so we had room to dance and helping us with sound.
