If i could give them 0 stars i would, management are a bunch of liars - They will come up with anything to scam you - Would never recommend, Save your money and spare yourself the headache of dealing with these people.

Serious Security and Maintenance Issues…read more Very disappointed with Phoenicians Apartments. In just the past couple of months, five garages have been broken into, and on one night, two brand-new cars had their wheels stolen. The security cameras appear to be fake or nonfunctional, and the gates are constantly broken. Despite these serious security issues, management continues spending money on cosmetic projects, such as painting buildings and replacing pavement that was already perfectly fine, instead of addressing residents' safety and security. Owners also pay close to $400 in HOA fees, yet many basic problems remain. The windows are old and leaking, making apartments harder to keep cool in the summer and increasing energy costs. Rats are also a recurring problem every year, frequently appearing around balconies. For what residents pay, the lack of security, maintenance, and proper management is extremely disappointing. Safety and essential repairs should come before cosmetic improvements.

The units were clean, brand new, the yard was always well kept, the staff was incredibly helpful and Mike the maintenance man always had a smile on his face. In the short time we were there we had an ant problem and it was resolved within days after addressing the problem with maintenance. Their online system makes it easy to connect with the staff. The community Manager Cassidy was incredibly helpful when it came time to move and we forgot about some packages in our mailbox- she forwarded all our mail to our new home. The complex was always doing fun things to get the community involved such as scavenger hunts for delicious prizes around the holidays. Delivered us all hot coco and chocolate for the holidays. The pool/BBQ area was so beautiful- I wish we could've gotten to enjoy it during summer! We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay! Thank you Sonterra :)

She was able to get a hold of Conrad, and even though it was late in the day, he was eager to address and fix the issue. He was so polite and explained why her stove was not working properly what to do to prevent it happening again, but did say, please feel free to call anytime if the her stove was not working again. I wish my place that I live in now, was prompt and not made you feel like you are a burden, would be like him. If I ever move out here, this would be the place to be! Its after the fact that the true colors of this company come out. We moved in on a short term lease, only ended up staying 10 weeks total. We are meticulous when it comes to cleanliness but somehow they felt the need to not only charge us a $200 carpet cleaning but an additional $240 apartment deep cleaning. Mind you, we were only living in the apartment for 10 weeks, but we spent alot of time throughly cleaning after we had fully moved out and feel we actually left the apartment in better condition then before we moved in. I asked why I was charged these amounts and i was provided a few pictures, 1 was from some cat hair they collected, 1 was from a dusty top of the refrigerator and 1 was from what looked like juice splatter in one of the pull out drawers inside the fridge itself. They also sent a picture of a previous issue with the stove that we had requested to get fixed because it was dirty when we moved in that was never fully fixed, basically they tried now saying it was dirty because of us when we have documented with them that this was an issue before we even moved in. They also charged us $400 dollars for 3 broken glass sliders. We did in fact crack one of the glass doors which I had zero issue with paying, but then they tried billing me for an additional set of 2 doors. They provided no proof of the damage they claimed, I've requested multiple times and still nothing. I requested a walk through before we left but because of covid they told me they wouldn't be able to (how convenient). Not only did they keep my entire $600 deposit, but I was billed an additional $375 on top. Total amount was nearly a full months rent which is crazy. Any cleaning needed at most was normal wear and tear, any damaged glass I was never provided proof of, I'm forced to go to small claims over this matter but I wanted to let anyone interested in moving here to be very very careful and make sure you document every little thing before you move out. See attached pictures which was what they claimed was the reason for a $240 deep cleaning fee.

I applied for an apartment today, so I will be updating the review after I've lived there for a couple of months. But so far the first impressions are great. Clean grounds, nice apartment, great amenities, and friendly Gerardo! 3 weeks later: I got the apartment and been in the process of moving in. I love it so far. Every request I've had for the maintenance has been resolved super quickly. They literally would call me just a couple of hours after I posted the request. I met the new maintenance guy. He is so nice. Went above and beyond to help resolve some of the smaller issues so far. I also got to meet Angela as well. She was just as nice as Gerardo. In fact we ended up chatting for awhile and she recommended an eye Dr to me and just was a sweet soul. Absolutely zero regrets about moving in here so far. Very excited to fully transition my life to this complex next weekend and start enjoying the quiet I've been experiencing so far every time I've been there. It's well maintained. Quiet neighbors, clean amenities and my place was perfect prior to move in. Maintenance is really great about getting orders done in 24hrs which I love. Usually no problem finding parking but the occasional cars that are just parked in the same spot here and there but other than that a great place to live. I'm a homeowner still and still fairly new to Roseville. Older well kept communities tend to be more quit not so much traffic and affordable which I loved about this community! They literally go out of their way to make residents feel appreciated. and are very helpful even if staff happens to be down. They love organizing fun holiday activities throughout the year, including a wonderful annual luau that brings the community together. They are also excellent at communication for all work that needs to be completed on the premises. This team does what needs to done to accommodate their residence! We particularly appreciate how quickly they respond if or whenever there's an issue with our unit. Whether it's an urgent repair or simply scheduling regular maintenance, they are prompt, professional, and dependable. They also enforce a low noise tolerance which is also appropriated through the surrounding neighborhood. As well, my family really likes that the location of this complex is surrounded by a multitude of places to shop for virtually everything. It's refreshing to live in a community where the staff genuinely cares about their residents. Our interactions with Ashley, Les, Galena and Johnny have always been warm and supportive. I've been living at Coventry for two years now and can say it's been a positive experience. The property has about 200 units and is about 20-ish years old. It's on the smaller side and conveniently located in a nice neighborhood with shopping and parks you can easily walk to. I feel very safe living here. I appreciate that the property is clean and well maintained. Yearly inspections and maintenance are performed in the units to ensure safety and compliance. While I haven't had many maintenance needs, but when I do, Johnny and his crew respond quickly to resolve the issue. Love these guys! The gardeners aren't your typical mow and blow guys. They come once a week, sometimes twice in the fall to pick up leaves. They also trim and prune as needed and maintain the sidewalk area outside the perimeter of the complex. The staff at Coventry is warm, friendly and attentive. They make me feel welcome and know me by name. Ashley and Les knew that I was new to the area and that it was first time living and renting an apartment and took extra steps to walk me through the process, what I can expect from their management and staff and my expectations from management and staff as a renter. I haven't had much interactions with Galena but she always greets me with a smile and is very helpful. Lastly, the residents are quiet and seem to observe the rules of the complex. Again, it's my first time renting and living in an apartment. I don't have anything to compare it to but it's been a wonderful experience and perfect place for me!
