The icing on the top of the cake was watching what we assume was a manager almost make a kid cry because she was belittling him for how he was proceeding with his ice cream and orders instead of explaining to him why he should do it a specific way - and never said a word to another employee about their processes. My nieces were immediately drawn to the two arcade games (claw machines) at the front of the store. They have foosball too.
