Not much ambiance, it's just a place to grab a bite to eat. I usually get the Beach Bum smoothie and chicken pesto flatbread. Both are pretty good. If it was faster and the workers seemed like they cared more, I'd give it a better review.

Unfortunately, one of the employees forgot to turn her mic off and we could hear the two female employees speaking negatively about his question. When we got to the window, we were not greeted. The employee took the payment, repeatedly shut the window abruptly, and when she returned with the drink, she handed it out without saying a word. As someone who is loyal to Tropical Smoothie Cafe and recommends it often, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer service during this visit. I hope this experience can be addressed so future customers are treated with more kindness and respect.
