Here, they provide two floors of gated parking and a secured parameter around the building. They also have two gyms (first floor is aerobics and second floor is all weights/lifting equipment). Something to note is the building itself is quite open for the number of units, which makes walking around the facility easy if you can't go for a walk outside. They also a pool which we never used, but plenty of space around the back to lounge and have a mini gathering. Management is highly responsive and resolve matters quickly.

Then, after I moved out, they kept my entire security deposit and still billed me for additional charges. It felt like no matter how careful I was, there was no realistic chance of getting my deposit back. If you decide to rent here, protect yourself. Take detailed photos and videos of every room when you move in and again when you move out, keep copies of all emails and notices, and request a pre-move-out inspection if one is available. You may need that documentation if there are questions about move-out charges. There are many other apartment communities that treat tenants more fairly. They accommodated my schedule to view the apartment and still waited for me even though I was running late. Parking is a nightmare, there is not enough parking spots and the street is always full, and on most streets in the surrounding residential areas street parking isn't allowed between 10pm and 5 am. Pests are also a big problem. Black Widow spiders were on our balcony and the front door steps. They could easily get into the apartment through the large gap in the bottom of the front door and the broken sliding door on our balcony that was never fixed. Even after pest control finally came, spiders, roaches, and other bugs were everywhere. Especially around the windows and sinks. One of the least annoying problems was the garbage cans in the parking lot were constantly overflowing and made the entire parking area smell like rotting trash. That could at least be ignored when inside the apartment. Still, the biggest reason not to live here is the communication. Urgent questions are not answered, emails are ignored, it is unprofessional, annoying, and very concerning when dealing with important things like errors in bills, and time sensitive questions. Save your money, save the stress, find a better place.
