I have been a customer for years. My driver Angel has always been amazing but the office staff is horrible!! took 3 reps to find my account so I could pay, then I get this ignorant woman who could actually find my account. I asked to make a payment (I have always paid with a check but I was out and wanted to make sure it was paid) she confirmed my balance and charged my card. ADDING a 3% fee.. not a HUGE deal but never was there a mention of this charge. Because of the fee I over drafted. It was not alot but still I could of waited a day to pay and it wouldn't of been as issue, I also could of gone to the bank and got a counter check but I didn't know there was a fee. So I was charged an additional 25.00 from my bank. I called and asked and they said sorry she forgot, but the charge stands. WHAT THE HELL! I asked if they could help in anyway, NOPE! I said ok I will have to close my account and they sent a response ok we will come get your empties and no credits for any unused bottles! wtf! freak that! I see no where on line that they charge a fee. They offered no correction other then she was new. I truly wish all the luck/karma the project. This is an economy where for some water delivery is a luxury and my son has been battling illness for 10+ years and bottled water was recommended. I will haul water bottles before I give this place another thought after writing this. I will also tell everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague. 0% customer service or training. I have used this company for many years and they were fine until they continued to raise their prices and will charge you $25 if you have to delay your delivery. The lady on the phone was dismissive and I asked to cancel and she just said okay the driver will be there on the 22nd to pick up your equipment. For over 10 years I was a loyal customer of Silver Springs. Unfortunately, they are unappreciative of the customer loyalty I demonstrated. In short, I moved, I updated all credit card information and new address with them, began receiving service, but they made a mistake updating my credit card. As a result of their mistake, they suspened my service, they penalized me by charging more for service and threatened me with collections. After two phone conversations (and a total lack of empathy for my many years of loyaly) the phone representative, after realizing their mistake, finally offered me my old agreement. What bothered me the most about this situation was the absolute uncaring attitude both phone representatives demonstrated to the situation and me, personally. Luckily, after searching for other alkaline water delivery companies, I was able to replace Silver Springs with another company and save about $4.00 a month. They give you a schedule of when you will get a delivery and they bring however many bottles you ordered on the first delivery then they deliver how many you put out 4 p/u everytime there after. Hello there! I've been one of the customer(s) for the silver springs water for several years now. I like Silver Springs water specially the Alkaline water. Recently I encountered some issue with their manager(Jazlyn). She wasn't a typical nice conversational person as a manager. Not a type of person you can talk to when it comes to any issues regarding your account and/or delivery dates because she would stick to her policy in which she said covers the company policy and I don't even know what that is. Years ago, Rich was their manager and he was flawless, above and beyond and will work things out with any of his customers issues. This Lady(Jazlyn) is not on his pedigree and should be evaluated or replaced by someone more competitive and more helpful to customers needs. I would give her a F grade when it comes to evaluation dealing with customers like me. I was actually paying $8.50/5 gallon of Alkaline water when I started them during Rich tenure. Had it discontinued during Covid. Then came back about 2-3 years ago and Jazlyn gave me a $9.50/ 5 gallon rate with a delivery fee. Normally it was a free delivery at the time Rich was still the manager. Things have changed. It's a new normal. New manager(with a rude attitude) and that's concerning. I just hope that she gets checked out by higher management. It's disappointing and I will not refer anyone to get water from this company. read more

I had read previous reviews, regarding their customer service, and without a doubt have been impressed. I was literally able to get delivery the same day I opened my account. I wasn't sure how much water we would need and the customer service team have been extremely helpful in adjusting the amount of bottles I've needed. Silver Springs makes it convenient for my water. I stopped buying bottled water cause it's easier to fill my Thermoflasks and have the cold water last longer. Nick my driver is also helpful as well. He sends me a reminder a few days ahead when he's bringing replacements, so I prepare my empty bottles so he can make the switch. Just called and cancelled. I have service for two locations, my home and my business. One location the driver will text me before hand to schedule and asks how many bottles I want so we are always appropriately stocked. For my second location I receive no communication, I never know when delivery is and I'm constantly out of water. Why do I even have this service then? This has been a great experience. I had been contemplating starting to receive water delivery for some time but just kept driving to the grocery store week after week with my empty water jugs and would have to turn them in and purchase the heavy 5 gallons and load them into my car then drag them into the house. I was buying multiple brands but my water of choice has been real water but assumed it would be too expensive for me to have home delivery. She explained the different water choices and the options were explained to me, convenient water delivery and billing options. The day of delivery I was greeted by a very friendly driver, was given a flexible delivery calendar and my water was delivered. Best choice I have made was this service. First and foremost I want to start off by saying that I've been a customer for about three years and I've had good service in the beginning but then that changed throughout the years. I've changed my water to alkaline. I've called several times and mentioned that the water has a different taste, almost like "it's too cooked taste." The representative that I spoke to at the time, I think her name was Mimi, she was nice. She understood what I was trying to explain to her and she listened. Unfortunately today, my experience was different. I called regarding my $98.00 payment, that I had paid for on 2/29. I spoke to Vanessa. Before I even had the chance to talk, she just went on telling me about the reason why I was being transferred to her and that I have a balance of $116.00, including the recent delivery. She went on and on and on. So, I mentioned to her that I did pay and I have a receipt and it's already been taken out of my bank account. I had the impression that she was just refusing to believe me. Of course, as a paying customer, I was pissed and angry and I yelled. It's unbelievable! I also had informed her about me calling in regards to the taste of the water being delivered but she said she doesn't see any notes on my account. Unacceptable! She had no customer service what so ever! I then tell her, that I want to cancel my deliveries immediately. She then says, we'll pick up the bottles tomorrow, but I refuse because I had already paid for the delivery for those bottles!!! I am very disappointed at how she handled my call. As a business, she should have listened and at least apologized! You can see the receipts below that I've paid for the $98 prior to my last deliver.
