My best friend had an issue with cell phone not charging. The slot for cable wore off so she went there, they changed the insert for charging cable, it was fast, the price was great. Since I have the same phone, I thought I needed the same thing when I was getting trouble charging my phone. I came over, but they checked the phone and told me that it was my charger not the phone connection. They were honest, I was prepared to change the slot and pay but now only need to change charger which is much cheaper. Got my screen and LCD replaced here yesterday! iPhone 6 replaced in under 30 minutes, which matched the guys estimate on how long it'd take. Super friendly. Clean. Professional. And a lot of detail went into cleaning the inside of my phone, and using Original Equipment and parts, or if it's aftermarket, it is a very great aftermarket product. Had the best experience at this store!!!!! The representative helped me right on the spot without hesitation, Offered me a wide variety of phones to fit my needs and at a good price too! These are the kind of people that are willing to work with you even when on a budget, that i greatly appreciate that no other stores do! Their customer service was excellent and I must acknowledge the manager "Andy" and his employee "Ars" for servicing me even when they were about to close. I have only come here twice and both times they have been very helpful. On my first visit, Andy was amazingly helpful with upgrading my line. He never pushed me to get anything that I didnt need. I asked him to take care of specific items for my account during the upgrade and he did just that. He also willingly showed me how to use my new android phone and installed helpful apps that I might need. He also gave me a free screen protector when I bought the case and put everything on for me. On my second visit, Ars helped me with the car charger and he was also easy to talk to, he even went down to my car to install my bluetooth, I couldn't do it my self. Definitely stop by if you are having trouble looking for a phone because they will point you in the right direction! Also, I must say people, finding a parking in Hollywood is hard, but this place has a tons of parking, I even double parked my RR so no one could scratch or touch my BABY:)))))))))))))))))) Highly recommended ! This is honestly the best place to go. I was in a hurry to get my iPhone 5 fixed this week which the front screen was terribly cracked and told the guy on the phone that i could only do it on a certain day. He said the store closed early that day but he offered to come back later that night which was about 9pm to wait for me to meet him at the store and get my phone fixed. He waited 30 mins till i got there cause i live near west wood then when i got there it took only 20 mins to fix my phone and he even added a free screen protector. The guy there is great. Super helpful, friendly, and really seems to know what he's doing. I don't live near there, but at the time I checked he seemed to have the best reviews so I traveled a bit to get to him. He replaced my screen...took about 40 minutes. I recommend this spot. They do not waste a step. Bingo Bango Bongo. They fixed the screen on my Galaxy S4 in about an hour, charged me the amount they quoted over the phone $85. Seems live a very good deal to me, to try and do it myself, buy the necessary parts, would be a real pain in the ass. They charged a little too much for the Otterbox case I bought from them, but the convenience of having it on the spot, instead of ordering online was enough to pay the extra.
