Writing my first review so everyone is informed you get what you pay for. Brought my iPhone 5 in to replace the battery. I was haply with the service and the battery worked fine until about 6 months later I need to take it into the Apple Store because the battery holds barely 1 hour charge. The battery was swelling inside the phone and could have ruined the whole phone if I hadn't taken it in (there were colored lines forming on my screen over tie battery). New battery at Apple Store is $79, should have done that from the beginning. Maybe my experience was a fluke, but you should do your homework before buying a battery that seems too cheap to be true! read more

Best price in LA! Honest, quick, friendly, high quality store! I have gone to other iPhone screen fixing stores before and this place is wayyyyyyy faster, cheaper and the quality looks way better. They are having a drawing right now for a free iPhone 6 until after Christmas which of course I entered. They have really cute cases as well. I went in because my screen was shattered. I went in and went out. To fix the phone was 30min. I paid $85 for my iPhone 6, a new screen and it was good as new. Although i did have to drive back because the camera wasn't working, i took it back and they fixed it right away. No questions asked. I am definitely recommending this place to everyone. read more

Great first experience with a cracked iPhone 5 screen. I went in today and was assisted within 1 minute, and he verified the repair and price, and immediately gave the phone to someone in another room to be repaired. 10 minutes later the phone was done, cleaned, and with a protective plastic (temporary) cover. Part of the glass had to be snapped in further, and I noticed a few other little things that are no big deal considering the amount of time and price. But the glass is quality and looks great. Yelp deal unlocked permitted me to spend 80 bucks for the new screen but then they tried to charge me to use a credit card 3.00 which is nuts. They then did not charge me as it wasn't horrible and honored the $80 Yelp deal. read more

When the charge port on my Samsung Stratosphere broke, the guys at the Verizon store initially told me that I would need a new phone. I put off replacing my shattered glass on my iphone for at least 8 months due to me not wanting to have to search forever for a place to park, have a long wait time and didn't want to be shelling out tons of money. Well I feel like I was a total idiot for thinking this. About 3 months ago, I decided that I couldn't stand it anymore and decided to go to this place as it was close and had great reviews. This place is in a strip mall with ample parking(very unusual for L.A.) I pulled right up, went up some stairs, and into a shop that had no wait! I was given a nice greeting from the person that was working there.(possibly the owner?) I of course being the sceptic that I am, asked how long the wait would be and what the cost was. He politely answered 15 minutes and $60.00 or $80.00(I can't remember as it was a few months ago and just realized I never wrote a review). He looked at my screen and was a bit blown away at the state of my phone. 10 minutes later he said all done. My phone looked like it was brand new!!! I couldn't believe it was the same phone! I thanked him profusely. I decided to get a protective bumper for my phone and believe he gave me one for free. Not sure if that was standard or that he was enjoying the fact that I was worshipping him like the new Messiah! read more

It finally happened. I dropped my iPhone 6 in a parking lot and the screen shattered under the protective film. My co-worker had discovered Sunset Wireless a month prior, and recommended I take my phone there. I called, and they said "bring it over. It will take about 30 minutes." (It was the middle of the day.). It was easy to park, the customer service was excellent, and I went and had a bite to eat. Cost was $85 for the glass screen, and I asked them to apply another protective film for $10. Very satisfied. My best friend had an issue with cell phone not charging. The slot for cable wore off so she went there, they changed the insert for charging cable, it was fast, the price was great. Since I have the same phone, I thought I needed the same thing when I was getting trouble charging my phone. I came over, but they checked the phone and told me that it was my charger not the phone connection. They were honest, I was prepared to change the slot and pay but now only need to change charger which is much cheaper.
