After returning for what I thought would be good service is where the nightmare began. I brought in a pair of headphones since it's in their list of repairables yet immediately the guy turns me away. He says that they don't do work on AirPod Max's and to go to a different store. He wasn't willing to tell me which store to try or why they can't work on it; he seemed like he wanted me to leave so he could go back on his phone. Afterwards, I tried to get a free PC tune up. I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived instead of being treated properly the guy wanted to argue with me and try to explain to me that my appointment isn't showing up in his system while I'm showing him my confirmation messages. I understand technical difficulties but the guy was just being a weirdo. He snatched my phone out of my hand and then took it to the back multiple times. Eventually it popped up. If the guy could pick up on any social cues it could've went so much smoother. On the receipt is a pickup date, so I return 2 days after it. The laptop still isn't ready. It shouldn't take 7+ days to tune up a PC...The same guy from before helped me and he just blankly told me that they're still working on and it's not ready. They didn't even do a whole lot to the laptop I have no clue why it took them over 7 days to return it. It didn't even look like they wiped it down after using it nor did they remove their barcode sticker. Just terrible service I realized that after 1 positive experience, I got lucky and this place sucks. If you're looking for good customer service. If you enjoy helped at their convenience and lowkey screwed over this place is for you (ex. They will offer you a non-oem quality screen replacement for your iPhone.). Pretty sure they incentivize positive reviews as well so take the other ones with a grain of salt.

Sunset Wireless is one of the best cellphone repair centers I've ever been too. Well to start off my story, my sister broke her iPhone 4S, so I started looking online to find a local cellphone repair center to get her iPhone fixed. I called a few places to get a price quote and Sunset Wireless gave me the lowest price around my area. I called them and they told me that if I brought the phone in, it would only take them about 30 to 45 minutes to get the iPhone 4S fixed. When I got there, these guys were very nice and polite to me. While the tech was working in the back to get the phone fixed, Andy offered me refreshments; the guy was pretty cool. Like they had promised, it only took the tech about 30 minutes to fix the phone. They even put a new screen protector for free on and threw in a complimentary phone case. :) I've been to a few stores here and there but Sunset Wireless takes it when it comes to customer satisfaction. I did some research online on Craigslist and Yelp and I found Sunset Wireless and I saw some great reviews so I decided to go ahead and try it. When I walked in, I was greeted and helped by Andy. He was really nice and pleasant to talk to. He gave me a great deal of $80.00 when I checked in at the store with my yelp account. I've called other places, and I was not offered the same price as they did. I was in a rush to get it so the process was quick and easy. Now my iPhone looks like a brand new phone purchased from the store. As a complimentary gift, he even put a bumper on my phone because I did not have any protection for my iPhone. I think the guy who works here was fantastic. I came to repair phone. Iphone 8. Broken screen and I had come to the end of the road with trying to make it work. So a friend of my mine referred me. Solid referral. They fixed my phone in the exact amount of time the quoted it would take and charged me what they said they would. Then I bought the wireless apple earphones from them for about $70 less then others well them for. He even threw in the case for $5 less per my request. Great visit. I called few of other places to see the prices who has the best price sunset wireless gave me the best price out of the all of them over the phone. This people do reserve 5 STAR. First nice spot to hang out till your phone gets repaired, there is Netflix to watch even it was so quick I didn't even get to choose what I wanted to watch. This place is great. I smashed my screen on my console and it was really fucked up. Cracked and not working at all. Andy replaced it quickly, and in about 10 minutes my screen was clear as day. I have a very positive experience here. My Galaxy was cracked and they replaced the screen within one hour for $100. There is still some visible glue under the glass but I would not attribute that to them. They did they best they could with a broken screen. I wish them success and prosperity! read more

These issues began immediately after pickup. Which is why I IMMEDIATELY brought it back to your shop, TWICE. My third visit, you all specifically told me you couldn't not find the issue. Then, told me it was actually fixed and ready for pickup. But when I arrived you let me know the new issues hadn't been fixed. Also, after referring to our recorded in-person conversation, you both never actually mention to me any vague " underlying motherboard‑related issues" and you definitely don't mention any specific diagnostic results that confirm a motherboard fault rather than a display or cable issue. Which is more likely the cause of the foggy/smudgy/ hazy edges and sepia colored camera display issue that I'm now dealing with. I do hear, at the end of our interaction, you all ask me if I now plan to sell my computer. Were you all trying to buy my computer that had just left with you to be repaired after I was obviously extremely disappointed with the service? I would like to bring my computer back one last time this week in hopes that you can, at the very least, return my camera it's original quality So I can return using it for work. If that's not possible I hope you all would be open to a refund.
