Went to the store within their seven day return/exchange policy to exchange or get a store credit. Before I could ask for the exchange or credit the cashier bluntly stated "we can't accept that because it was opened". Their return policy on the receipt states "product must be in original condition and package (With all tags attached) for returns/exchanges."' No where does it states that the packages couldn't be opened. Exactly how are you to know if the product is correct if you don't open the package. I'm not a beautician and clearly this was my error. However, the product was not used and we put in it right back in the original package with all of the tags. Wasn't worth arguing with her about it. They just lost a customer that's all.

She is pleasant, professional, and very stylish from head to toe. I came in to get my lashes done, and Olivia, who was assisting another client with her hair, was still very attentive to me. She assisted me in finding the ladies' room, complimented my lashes, and was extremely friendly and kind. Aubrey checked me out, and she was also friendly, professional, and showed genuine care for me as a customer. On a previous visit, a young lady named Cinnamon (I believe that was her name) was also extremely professional and kind--and I loved her makeup!
