Golan just did an inspection of my foundation and he couldn't have been a nicer and more honest guy. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He squeezed into my tight fitting foundation (I felt bad) and took a bunch of photos which he later shared with me. My former contractor told me we could do a retrofit and wanted to charge us over $7k. I felt that seemed really steep, as he didn't even check it out himself, so I decided to get a second opinion from someone that only specializes in foundations. Galon told me that my foundation looked great and if they were going to do, anything at all, it would just be minor tweaks in two outlining areas. He said it ultimately wasn't necessary. This is an exceptional company. What makes it so are the people who work there. I had the opportunity over a 6 month journey (took a long time to get a permit) to speak with many of them. The LA fires had me with second thoughts about even going through with the retrofit or sell. They treated me with respect, no pressure and continued to walk me through the process.
