Thank you Sunshine Foundation! With a possible foundation issue, I reached out to Sunshine while I was in escrow with a property. The owner Ram was kind enough to to send someone immediately the same day since we were closing in a few days. He didn't ask for any commitment for the work but just wanted make sure I could be taken care of. We found that the property was in need of a new foundation. We had Sunshine come out to look at our foundation which was 107 years old and definitely needed to be replaced, just rubbing your gloved hand on the cement made it crumble. they came in like a wrecking ball and tore the old foundation out in an amazingly fast time, they dug the new foundation set the rebar and framed out where needed.. I needed a bit of time under the house when they were here because I needed to fix the current drains, and then i dug in a new 4" main drain line out through the new foundation at the front of the house, at the back I added a few pipes so i can run electrical and plumbing underground to the garage. After i finished up they poured the foundation pulled all the framing they had built, then reinstalled tar paper and the bottom row of siding, they color matched the paint and all looks great - they even smoothed out some of the under house rubble.. overall we are very happy knowing the foundation should last another 100 years. I can say we did get multiple bids and one engineering firm was easily $6ok more.. I do believe for the work done and quality, that we got a good deal and they made a decent profit.. all very acceptable to me! also never did I call or text that my call or text wasn't returned in a very acceptable amount of time.. They responded promptly, Golan toured the maze of a crawlway beneath my house, explained everything on the estimate (which was FAR LESS than the cost suggested by Google), and showed me samples of the types of bolts they planned to use.
